4 drinks for $19 total!! This is my second time here at this bar and each time has been great. This place is great for a group of people, they have so many games to choose from. It is a cash only bar, and if don't have cash they do have an ATM machine (that charges $2 to take out money). Not bad. Each time I've been, the bar tenders have been nice and helpful. Pros: good service, great prices for drinks/food, good for groups of people Cons: I was craving fries and they were out of the regular fries and the bartender said they only had curly fries :/ ok I'll settle for curly. Then it took 45 minutes to get my fries and the bartender apologized about how long it was taking and said they gave me a double portion because of how long the wait was. Tips** they have a pool table that is 4 tokens for each game

DO NOT come here if you're looking for good service!!First time coming here since moving in the neighborhood and we thought that the atmosphere is really nice... but I decided to walk out of here because the worker is so damn rude!!! The attitude is just nasty and not friendly at all! We tried to lighten the mood and joke around and she was just an old bitter person! This place has potential and should hire people that actually wanna work there. After seeing these reviews... I guess all workers here are just plain rude??? You guys are losing a bunch of customers because your employees are TERRIBLE.

So went here with friends to play pool. Was my first time in one even thought i have seen them popping up all over the city. At first glance was like a Dottys with offensive decor, some arcade games and a seating area to watch sports. Location is very smokes so beware! Didn't eat so no food rating but honest all i saw were light snacks try items. So the drinks.... Best to keep it simple bc it is not like a regular bar (so if u don't use up your mixers they will give it to you to keep.)Tables were clean but they make u give them an ID to get the ques so don't forget to turn them in. Staff was friendly enough but overall this will not be on my list of places to recommend.

I love being able to go up the street and hanging out here after a long days work or to get out of the house for a bit. I'm not happy that the jut-box and arcade games are STILL not functional and have been down since covid (common guys, it's been years, we're good now)....Some other locations have only 1 pool table to offer to use, this one has two. I know for a fact they BOTH are operational. For some reason *clears throat* some of the employees are telling us customers that they tables aren't working when they do. I will reach out to management directly to nip that in the butt for next time....besides that, all of the New Orleans vibes coming from Bourbon Street at this spot!!!

I love bourbon street. We have been coming here for years. Why are the games still closed? They have been closed down since covid times. That is one thing that always brought us back!

Came in for drinks and food about 10pm. The place was pretty empty & boring, but we ordered a drink and a beer anyway. I browsed over the menu & didnt get excited over anything so after the drinks we played the slots for 15mins and we left. It's a cool chill spot. Drinks were cheap & tasty. Small gaming & arcade area. I'd come back to try atleast 1 menu item. Hey, ya cant knock it til ya try it. I love New Orleans so the theme was pretty cool. I'd definitely come back in. The bartender was nice too.

Came here last night for the first time ever to watch game 2 of the World Series because I heard it was a SPORTS BAR and I love NOLA. When I walked in they had the World Series on 1 little TV behind the bar and Impractical Jokers on the Big Screen and like 10 other TVs.So I'm standing at the bar and the bartender is chatting it up with some guy, he wasn't even ordering just leaning on the bar and talking with her. I made eye contact with her SEVERAL times but she never left her conversation. There was hardly anyone even in there. After so long of just standing there, I headed towards the door, she didn't try to stop me or ask if everything was okay. I ended up going to the bar Sean Patrick's across the street, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they had the World Series on almost every TV. Ended up meeting friends there and having a big tab and left an even bigger tip. Never going to This Bourbon St. again, they lost money from a potential good regular...thanks Sean Patrick for not ignoring me!

Arcade games are still out of service. When we called to ask if they were open yet the person who answered said they were never going to be running again. The video games was the appeal of this place. Without the games you can go to PTs and get better food and drink.

Not surprised to see the average score of 2 1/2 stars. A typical big corporate owned sports bar in the suburbs. Minimalistic, below average customer service and attention. Fryer is broken, no hard copy menus, one employee operating the entire store behind counter, no waitresses. But some comfortable seating. Hard core gamblers seated at their slot machines don't care. Typical.
