The fried pickles were undercooked and goopy. The wings were mostly breading and not very tasty. The space inside is nice and was quiet. The staff was very friendly. Avoid the pickles tho

This place is a dump! Food is all microwaved & the staff is unfriendly. This place sucks!

My fiancé and I came in for the first time tonight because our usual bar was packed and let us say it was worth the visit! They play great pop/throwback music, tons of games from pinball to pool to basketball shooting. The employee that helped us was Drew and he was super friendly and explained to us the way the place works from the menu to the tokens of the games. Here is also a pricing menu of the place & what they have to offer!

Love the atmosphere, the big tv screens for sports are great. But the customer service sucks. No waitress and 3 employees standing behind counter doing nothing. This could be an amazing bar if the bar tenders actually worked.Standing in a line for drinks after gambling $100 is bs.

The worst service ! The employee working (older asian woman) is the WORST!!!!! We go to the bourbon on Ann and the 95 all time and never get treated like this. This woman hates her job and it's apparent. Rolls her eyes when she has to make drinks, heaven for bid we ask her for food. We will never be back. Worst employee I've met at bourbon street by farrrrr (because most are fantastic)

By far the worst bourbon street I have ever been to , the chick in the front has a horrible demeanor and attitude she's unwelcoming and makes you feel uncomfortable the second she opens her mouth , she examined my ID and the person I came with for 10 minutes straight as I was trying to order a drink she questioned the person I came with for 6 minutes straight she asked for DATE OF BIRTH which was answered completely fine and I guess she had time tonight because even after that she continued to question us as if we are 2 . Like she's a metro police officer she continued to compare and examine the id to my partners face and how they don't look exactly alike , but it's very uncomfortable to sit there and have to explain why u do not look the same as you did when you took the picture like a idiot for 10 minutes straight I've been to plenty of other bourbon streets and have NEVER ! 0/10 this place SUCKS and so does the lady they have working in the front do not come here unless you want your night ruined .

Maricel and michelle both made me feel so uncomfortable. Both were rude the entire time I was here. I came by myself and was waiting on a friend to play some pool. I came in all smiles and in a good mood only to be treated like they didn't want me there. If you want a quality time at a bar you will not find it here I assure you. Im mad I bought a drink I could have went some where else. With all of the other bars you can go to I recommend you don't come here. Timbers is directly across the street.

was here and the rude bartender names michelle she already had an attitude and she ask for my I.D. I did not have one I am 48 I understand if it is mandatory that you show one but it is not what you ask it is how you ask it. I had ordered alligator nuggets and a voodoo when I didn't have my ID she goes and gets the receipt from the register chrome is it up in my face and drops it that angered me so I left went back and my ID came back. I had my mom my daughter so they can have a drink as well. So we wanted to order more allocator nuggets she then says oh this is shut down for the next person to take over just like when I asked for a specific drink magically there was no mixture for it. So she was messing with me from the beginning. Then my daughter was walking out with her drink then she says I will 86 you. So my daughter came back and we were like what because we left with our drinks before and no one said anything. So she gets on the phone with I do not know who, I told my daughter she said she was 86 her then she says not you her and that her was me. So I was made like I did go off because she pissed me off but at the same time she has no business being in customer service. She needs to explain herself when it comes to rules she has to abide by and not give people attitude. She 86 me and that's fine because that is not my stomping ground that was a stop by but it's sad if I had liked it I would have returned again every time I visited here. She cost This place money my friends and I always are on the strip spending money but now I will make it a point to tell every and all my friends family not to go there. After the pandemic things are hard for business. She just made it worse.

Very Frustrated $200.00 in and only one beer can't even find the lady to ask another one literally only 2 people in here. SMH.
