Bourbon Street Grill

Worst bourbon street iv ever been too lol , these ladys looked so annoyed that we came in ..: had no music playing we're just sitting on there phone and one was smoking . Asked if I can buy tokens and they said no lol . All the other bourbons iv been too let you buy some at the register and the older blond just had an attitude ... never again

Lame. None of the games work. They all actually WORK but they won't let you play them. I gave them 20 dollars in tokens but literally all of the games are closed. Why am I able to purchase tokens then? They wouldn't even let me cash them. DONT COME HERE. it's super sketchy!

Let me start off by saying this place just isn't for me. I had no expectations walking in but definitely have an opinion now. I didn't experience bad service or terrible food, the place just seems dirty and awkward, and weird. The inside is like an adult chuck-e-cheese but New Orleans themed in the gaudiest way. There are arcade games but not enough or a large enough variety to have fun. They also cost a ton to play. I wouldn't mind playing crappy games to pass the time if they were like a quarter but some were as high as $2...Anyway, there is a large wall of tvs which had all of the games on it which seemed like the best part of the whole bar. It didn't seem like that sitting area was large enough though. You can get food there by ordering at the counter and I was honestly looking forward to it until the worker said "it's not like real Southern food so don't get your hopes up", like excuse me?? I still ordered food and it wasn't terrible but it certainly wasn't anything to write home about. All of the mixed drinks are loaded with sugar and mixers so don't even bother. I can see how some people could have a good time but within the first minute I was a bit skeptical and after the fifth minute I knew I didn't want to be there anymore.

Checked this place out since I've been seeing them around town. I will make this short and sweet. Avoid this location at all costs! Smells funny when you walk in, two employees working only. Chicken wings frozen, already battered with crust like something from a frozen chicken meal, fried pickles frozen as well fried burnt and dry. Tried to return fried pickles and both employees could not figure out how to refund me my money asked if I could just order something else. Extra star for Abita beer only. Waste of $35

This place is chill... in here before 10 like a degenerate, but you gotta live once in a while. Comfy gaming chairs, awesome fake strippers, big screens for sports, good service.

Different and quirky!We walked into a somewhat empty bar to try something new. The bar is quite large inside with games on the left and sofas with a wall of flatscreens on the right. We were approached soon by the lady working. She proceeded to let us know how things worked there. There is no wait staff. You order at the bar, food & drinks. It's cash only so you can't run a tab. She then pointed out an ATM inside that you can use. Strange? A little bit. Looked like a one woman show that afternoon as she took the orders, cooked the food and brought it out. She was definitely friendly and seemed to handle things quite efficiently. We ordered the Lone Ranger Burger, side of fries and gumbo to share. The gumbo was crazy good. For only $5 it was a large bowl with the gumbo scooped on top of rice. Full of flavor and definitely a meal in itself. The burger was good. It included bacon, cheese, jalapeños and guacamole. It was supposed to also have chili and bbq sauce but I didn't taste any of it or see any these ingredients. Strange again. The fries were good but we ordered Seasoned fries. There weren't any seasoning on them but at least they crisp. So when you order food, they give you tokens equalling the same amount you just spent. It was a nice perk as you can keep yourself busy playing games while you're waiting for your order. When I initially walked in I was expecting more of a PT's or Timbers style setup. Bourbon Street is definitely its own style.

This place was a huge let down. The bar itself is awesome lots of huge TVs and arcade games but the arcade games are all closed right now due to covid but the worst thing was the customer service.. I came to enjoy the Super Bowl and I asked if they could turn up the volume during the halftime show and a female staff member told me "it's football you don't need to hear it" lol I couldn't believe I was talked to so rudely but after reading the reviews of this place I'm glad I didn't get worse from the staff.

Great place to chill. Not too overcrowded. Dozens of big screens everywhere. Watched the Broncos LAC game from a comfy couch and reasonably priced beer.Friendly staff. Chill, semi-private.Oh yeah! Best part, 6 bud lights for $14.99

Came in, were instructed to go to the bar so they can scan our ID's, while we were there we got drinks and then after bought some tokens. All the machines were "temporarily disabled" except for one, we put the tokens in it and all the machines work..... so confused on why they have the tokens working and not any of the game machines . Why wasn't this mentioned when we bought drinks??? Workers are rude as shit
