Yes, yes and yes. Located in the Cosmopolitan hotel, easy to access. I believe it's on level 2. Casual to dressy attire. Easily accommodates groups. My husband and I were on a business trip hanging out and used Yelp to find a restaurant with seafood. Service was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name. The manager also checked on us multiple times and even cleared plates from our table. Cozy feel. All of the tables have cozy seating almost a booth feel. Our servers told us they are known for their bucket of wings. Just get them. Don't even ask. Just get them and thank me later. I'm drooling right now. Three huge flats, three huge crispy drums, you WILL lick your fingers unapologetically. Midweek we did not need a reservation but they were pretty busy. We didn't drive so I'm not sure about parking. I enjoyed my lamb chops but I'd come back for the bucket of wings. Seriously.

Had a reservation for Thursday evening, we chose to sit at the bar vs. our table. The wine selection is good and the staff is great! We enjoyed and recommend the cheese board and fried chicken. The gentleman next to us ordered a steak and a bottle of wine as well - and was happy with both.We enjoyed our experience - and will be back!

My fam and I made a reservation and checked in 30mins early with a very nice seating area to near the upper right hand corner then sat a mid since we were a party of 4; super comfy ambience plus the mirror more than double the outlook of the restaurant.We ordered the Hummus (fresh and homemade), Clam Stew (an actual entree about 16oz with real big clams, no chopped up pieces and garlic bread), Shrimp Pasta (great portion with jumbo prawns), Braised Short Ribs (very delicious and layered with sauce), Salmon (super decorative and fun plating with fried onion strings) and Half-Roasted Chicken (was fairly dry, fortunately saved with delicious sauce).Our waiter Rodger was very nice, friendly and cordial while including the Manager on Duty (MOD) who periodically came by our table to pour water, refill water and chat a bit.The reason why it was -1 star was for the wait on getting our food ready within a timelier window in which Rodger confirmed and had wanted for us to have our food more readily prepared to lower the wait time. Also my chicken was a bit on the dry side, fortunately saved by the very delicious sauce, mash potatoes and broccolini.

Wow, this might just be my new favorite restaurant in Vegas. We did the pre fixes for $100, and it's an incredible value. Service and quality of food was incredible and the ambiance is very casual but sophisticated. Excellent wine list .

Excellent customer service from Ashley! Love the cozy ambiance. My husband and I were still full from lunch but just want to have little bite for dinner. I ordered potato skin and my husband ordered salad. Their potato skin is not the usual potato skin. This one is just perfect for one person, but mind you, it was really good, lots of cheese and bacon. Salad was of perfect taste and size too. Had 2 glasses of red sangria, smooth! Finished it with their banana split. It was really good, no sugar guilt feeling... for some reason, it was just light. We'll surely come back,

The food was very good the service was excellent and the Ambience was like a nice steakhouse. We orderd the Rockefeller oyster. The server gave me a warm towel to clean our hands, constantly refilled our water, and asked us if we needed anything else

This is a gem inside the Cosmo. It's a classy and beautiful bar and restaurant, but not as busy as its neighboring restaurants in the Cosmo. I came here during happy hour and ordered from the bar. If you are going solo, I recommend ordering from their happy hour because the portions are just right for one person.What was memorable?Their crème brûlée, it was balanced and satisfied my sweet tooth. Pair it up with a dessert wine or Old Fashion.

I finally made it to Blue Ribbon, and it didn't disappoint! The service was amazing, and Sheila went above and beyond for us! Our fried chicken and lobster were delicious, and we will definitely be back.

I have been a patron to this spot for many years even before the pandemic. This spot is a hidden gem inside the Cosmopolitan! Not only do they have great drinks but also amazing steak. Not a lot of people know this and they go to STK instead because of marketing. Blue Ribbon is also known for the fried chicken wings too, accompanied by wasabi honey. I went here on a Monday night, and this time around ordered a steak tartare at the bar. The tartare was well done and presented. The bartender was very friendly and we had a lovely conversation, reminiscing the days before the MGM takeover of the Cosmo. Definitely is a great spot for date night, or business dinners, or just to have a meal without the loud music.

Sheila was amazing, she provided us exceptional service even though she wasn't even our server. Made our experience here perfect. Will definitely be coming back for the delicious food and incredible hospitality.
