Blue Fin Sushi & Roll

Our servers, Maria and Gabby, were absolutely amazing! We did the all you can eat lunch and were blown away at how fast they brought out each roll. I live in the San Diego area and have tried numerous sushi restaurants in my area. The fish and roll combinations at Blue Fin far exceed anything I've ever had before. Their fish is so fresh and delicious! We will definitely be coming back here each time we visit Vegas in the future!

This place is so different from when I visited five years ago...Now, it's unrecognizable--almost feels like a Thai restaurant. When they said they didn't have the ribeye steak listed on the menu for my youngest, who can't eat sushi, we should've just walked out then. The most of sushi didn't look or taste anything like what we know and the fried dishes were soggy, soaked in oil, and overcooked to the point of being burnt. The uni was strange orange color I've never seen before. My husband and eldest son ate without suspicion, unlike me.My husband and eldest son seem to have diarrhea and food poisoning and they are struggling with frequent trips to the bathroom all night long.This was honestly the worst restaurant I've ever been to in Vegas in terms of freshness.It would be hard to find Sushi that isn't fresh and bad food in Vegas.

I was in Henderson for a week. Craving Sushi, this was my second attempt at AYCE. I think I will stay away from AYCE. The thickness of the fish thin, even the rice didn't hold together with no vinegar flavor. I hope the non AYCE sushi is better.

It was a great visit to Blue Fin Sushi. I was seated quickly for lunch. The restaurant is well lit with many windows. The staff was courteous and helpful. The fish in the rolls was firm and fresh and the plating was pleasing! I will be back Blue Fin!

My friend and I came here to enjoy the ACYE. We each ordered several rolls and everything was exceptional. The Phili Deep Fried was my personal favorite. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. Even though it was somewhat busy, the food came out rather quickly. Our waters were constantly being topped off and plates taken away. Absolutely no complaints.There is an attached parking lot that is free. Indoor, bar, and outdoor seating available.

came here with the fam and walked in and we were seated right away. they have ample parking available in the lot and it's a convenient central area. It's very clean and spacious inside. The staff here were all beyond incredible. All of them worked seamlessly to clear out table when we were done eating certain dishes without being overbearing. The menu has plenty of options and great variety for all you can eat. I was very happy and cannot wait to come back and try other items! The rolls were beautifully plated and cooked perfectly. There wasn't one dish I got that I didn't enjoy!

Very happy with my delivery order from here. They're very generous with the portion of sashimi and amount of fish used in the rolls.

We got to the airport to early to check bags and we were hungry so I had 2 rolls Uber'd to the airport for dinner. The wife and I liked the food a lot.

This place is my son and my go-to. The ultimate blue fin roll is delicious and they don't skimp with portions, whether you get it a la carte or all you can eat. The waiters are always friendly. No complaints!

Avoid this restaurant at all costs--this place needs serious inspection!I dined here with my family on January 8th while visiting from Los Angeles, eager to try Vegas-style AYCE sushi. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.We started with octopus (tako) wasabi and sea urchin (uni). The octopus had a strange greenish tint--without any wasabi flavor--and the uni was yellowish, far from its usual fresh color. Despite feeling uneasy, we continued ordering more sushi, only to find that every piece tasted off. To make matters worse, they ran out of ribeye and offered no substitutions.That night, my entire family suffered from severe diarrhea, which ruined our plans in Vegas. I personally experienced intense stomach pain, chills, a pounding headache, and lingering symptoms that have only recently started to improve.I've attached my credit card receipt to confirm my visit. This dining experience completely ruined our family vacation, and I will be pursuing compensation. I'm also reporting this restaurant to the health department to ensure a thorough inspection is conducted for the safety of future customers.
