To rate this show anything less than 5 stars seems wrong, especially because this group of comedy performers works SO HARD. I went to my first Bleach Improv show Thursday night, and it was a lot of fun. WHAT WAS GOOD:*At just $15, the tickets are super affordable, and you can feel great about supporting a very local comedy group.*Talented performers. Not afraid to give it all for physical comedy, either. *Weeknight show on Thursday at 8:30. Love this for two reasons. First, the Arts District isn't crowded since it's not the weekend and second, it's early enough that you can go out afterwards and not have a super late evening.*Intimate vibe in a small warehouse environment. Feels like the perfect setting for improv. You're up close and personal with the performers.* Free parkingWHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:* The theater is very small with uncomfortable chairs. You also are packed in like sardines, so get there early if you want an aisle seat. Don't go expecting fancy plush theater seats (not that you would, but just letting any of you theater snobs know). * The entire show (roughly 50 minutes) is based off of two suggestions only. The audience is not yelling out suggestions for the entire show. Not sure if this was just the night I went, or if that's every time. So if the two suggestions are not interesting (our topics: getting a drivers license and video games), it could make for a lackluster show. *The performers do not wear microphones so if you're hard of hearing, you may have a difficult time. FINAL NOTES:With improv, it's a very hit or miss type of comedy. Not everything worked, and it sometimes seemed like a couple of the performers struggled. Since the show is so brief, they could recover quickly and just move on to something else. My laughter ranged from polite and supportive to genuine and hearty, and that's pretty much all I need when it comes to a night out. I highly recommend checking out this show at least once. I enjoyed myself so much that I think I may become a regular. It's an affordable weeknight activity with talented performers and a super local vibe. Really, really cool thing to have in Vegas. I'm so happy I found out about this place!

What can I say about BLEACH? I have seen this Vegas Improve show multiple times and each time I'm blown away by their creativity. It really is 'YOUR SHOW' and anything can happen especially with great performers that know how to tell a story. It's fun show that I recommend for all locals and visitors Important fact: It's a new show EVERY WEEK :)

I took the intro to improv class through Bleach Comedy in an effort to do something novel for the new year in addition to engaging in a low-stakes, leisure activity that would simultaneously develop arenas involving my roles/responsibilities in my professional life. I absolutely hate public speaking but in my recent involvement with two leadership positions as a university adjunct and a program director, absolutely necessary. I am in no way a performer - at the most minimum, I figured taking improv classes would function as a means of "fear extinction." The personal value it had for me during the 8 week course, 1x a week, for 3 hours each class exceeded that. In my own personal ways, I have noticed appreciable changes within myself, in addition to tools/strategies I can bring into the populations I work with - university students AND the elderly population. I would say to anyone how taking these classes are ripe with so many opportunities to spill over into larger arenas of my life. Phil does an excellent job of leading as the instructor and cultivating a fun, supportive, and comical space for participants to be able to thrive. He has a natural way of nudging students to push themselves over their personal edge without making it as intimidating as each of our minds make it out to be. I am so grateful for the cohort of people I was able to go on a journey with for the eight weeks I was enrolled. Bleach Improv is such a great asset to the community run by people who are so passionate and excellent about what they do - in addition to their class offerings, they run a recurring show downtown every Thursday. Definitely worth looking into as a thing to do - whether as a Bleach student, or a Bleach audience member!

I was very impressed. Clearly the cast is not making Cirque du Soleil salaries, but they sure act like they do. It is clear that the cast loves what they are doing which is what I admired about the show the most. (And yes, it will make you laugh of course )!
