We were in the mood for a quick Italian dinner, didn't want to go far and wasn't in the mood for sub shop Italian. Bistro was close by and never disappoints. Courtney was on the bar, Victoria was the hostess. We were more in the mood for take out so we ordered our food to go. Angel hair pomodoro and chicken Vesuvius were our mains. Had money left over from our comp and monthly food credit so we ordered a "create your own pizza" . All told out the door in about twenty minutes with a container of bread to accompany the entrees.The items were packed well and we're still warm when we got home. The chicken was delish and the pasta as always, aldente and not drenched in sauce. The pizza, meh... Kind of a smallish "bar type" , thin crust , maybe would have been better if we ate it there.All in all, a great deal since they also do a 20% military discount.Sorry, no pictures this time.

Food allergy practices don't exist. Zero care for Celiac needs. Nothing on menu reads GF.Staff very reluctant to bring Manager for help. Very surprising because Santa Fe Station and Red Rock get it. Very disheartening

Bistro 57 is an American-style Italian inspired restaurant located in the Aliante Hotel/Casino in North Las Vegas. It's big and modern inside with lots of room for lots of people.They started us off with a bread basket with an assortment of non-Italian breads and oil with balsamic. The breads weren't the freshest. My husband grabbed a roll that he thought was olive bread in dipped it into the oil only to find out that it was some sort of sweet raisin roll.But the good news is that the service and both dinners were reasonably good.I had the Flounder Francese. I received a nice large battered flounder filet, some fresh green beans with almonds, and Italian roasted potatoes that seemed a little reheated too many times.My husband got a great BIG bowl of rigatoni with good sausage and lots of cheeses that was also reasonably good.We finished up with pistachio gelato.......it was almost like an Italian Ice mixed with gelato....It was different but tasted good.Not perfect but reasonably good food.Worth s Try! 3 stars translates to A-OK

So with much experience with Italian food, my test and rating is based on the Chicken Marsala, which is just average although the sauce is tasty with a large portion and plenty of mushrooms but was a bit hard to cut. Penne Al a vodka with sausage was a 4.4/5. Angel hair bolognese was 4/5 and very large. Shrimp tortellini was a 5/5.Service was top notch as was the service by Shawn. Great atmosphere!Nice berry tart dessert. Very nice birthday dessert

Great Italian restaurant in Aliante. Stayed at the hotel, so it was super easy since it's inside Aliante itself. The hotel itself is not great or with anything special. They don't even try to lure you to go to their Casino. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant and in nearby area, it's really good. Great ambience, setting and excellent service. Food is super good. Tried different kind of pasta's and all were super good. They start with the fresh baked assorted setup of hot breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Really good!!!Took Calamari and fried cheese for appetizer. Both were really awesome ! Grilled Salmon with beans and roasted potatoes and special mussels pasta, chicken pasta, and substituted meat with veggies for vegetarian pasta and all the dishes were made for perfection !!A slice of tiramisu in the end made it an outstanding meal altogether. Loved the cooking, presenting, serving, ambience -- everything was very nice .

Went there with my wife and we both had a pleasant experience. Service was friendly and professional. The food was great. I had the spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the lasagna. Everything was delicious and properly served. We will be back.

Have been going there for years. Their food and service is terrific. No need to go Downtown or the Strip for great Italian food. They have it right in Aliante Casino.
