Birria Bros Tacos

I absolutely love the birria tacos and birria ramen!!! It's sooo delish I literally drove 30 min to find them once just so I can buy those.

Regarding a refund after food poisoning, I Payed cash. Can't refund me unless I drive to you, leave it at that. It's not about the money. Do better. Food poisoning is the worst. I don't care if I paid more as long as the food is good and there's no cross-contamination, coming out of a clean kitchen.

Best Birria Tacks I tried in Las Vegas. Great customer service as well. Wish I would of found them sooner. Definitely will be coming back!

Best tacos ever!!! Their food really hits the spot! If you haven't tried a taco from Birria Bros make sure you do! Can't wait to order from them again. The flavor is out of this world. Meat is juicy and tender and packed with flavor. I highly recommend.

Just ordered the #2, which includes two Quesadillas Birria. Delicious odors emanating from this food truck! Flour tortilla looks of high-quality & perfectly cooked.

I was in town to see Family & Got to try This Delicious Birria Tacos The Birria Burritos The Birria Ramen and OMGoodness it was so DELICIOUS I Loved It ALL. I Highly Recommend The Staff is Lovely you will Not Regret trying it all I shall see you again for sures!!!

These were the absolute worst birria tacos and tacos in general that I've ever had in my life! Disgusting! Ordered 3 quesotacos with consomé and wasted my money on it. The tacos were not crunchy at all and everything inside was runny in the wrong way, and the consomé was extremely bland. I took 2 bites and threw it all away. Unfortunately, they have no idea what birria tacos are! The only positive was how nice the girl taking my order was.

Tried this place at the foodie festival. When I got home I saw an email from Square showing a charge higher than what I remember on their menu. The Square email allows one to provide feedback so I did. Some back n forth email with Birria Bros and it was discovered they added an item I didn't ordered and offered a refund. I decline since it's not a big deal and suggested to move on but they responded even more bitter (see attached snapshot) so I figure I share this exp here and give them what they wanted (to not move on).

I hired the Birria Bros food truck to provide food for my husbands 60th birthday party. They were highly recommended by several friends. No one was disappointed. The food is amazing. The birria is so tasty. Just mouth watering and so satisfying. ALL of our guests raved about the food. We are now big fans, and any future large parties at our house will definitely be catered by Birria Bros!

Hands down the best birria in town. I have been eating their birria for quite some time now. Only place my husband and I go to for birria. The quesabirria tacos are our ultimate favorite from the menu. The frijoles puercos are delicious as well. I absolutely love Birria Bros, and I highly recommend.
