BetMGM Sportsbook at MGM Grand

My friends and I had a great time here watching the Lakers versus Nuggets for Game 3 of the NBA playoff. We found seating just fine near the middle. It had bar cans on the floor from the previous people sitting here but it wasn't an issue. My friends went to put some bet on the Lakers but ended up losing. I saw the cleaning lady walking around cleaning the seats and floor but she didn't come to our area to clean the trash that was left. The TV screens and quality was nice. The way they set up everything works and you'll get the spread of all the sports going on.

For a Company that advertises its Sportsbook App constantly on TV, this place is a big disappointment. The Sportsbook is smallish compared to Westgate and Circa. It has only 2 Large HD screens and the adjacent Racebook is tiny with limited tracks, race entires but they don't use Brisnet, and no free Racing Forms that folks can share. At this moment, For myself, Can't Recommend.

This is one of the best Sportsbooks in Las Vegas. They have a lot of TVs and I love the self-service kiosks.

A very large sports book. Fun atmosphere and lots of games. Lots of TVs. It just gets ridiculously crowded. The drinks are such a ripoff. Maybe get a drink at one of the other bars. It still is going to be a ripoff but maybe it will be better. Speaking of betters, or bettors, you can do a lot here. It can get very loud when all the seats are filled. Speaking of seats, these are some of the most uncomfortable. I don't really gamble that much, but this can be fun for those who like to bet on sports and other things. It just could be a bit more friendly. The bartenders here are surly.

A great amount of TV's, but not many big ones. Not a huge amount of seating either. They don't reserve seating on the floor, but they have VIP suites upstairs that can be reserved by Platinum and Noir members can make reservations. Your ability to get into the VIP area without reservations is a mix between first come first served and your MLife level. I'm guessing the chances of getting in without Platinum or Noir reservations on a busy event day or slim to none. It is in a cool area of the MGM Grand with the Level Up sports bar nearby. There are also plenty of food options close including a little coffee shop on the corner that serves a very limited selection of food. It's an ok place to watch a game if you're staying at the MGM Grand and more concerned with placing bets than getting the best view of the game.

Daisy and Jasmine at the sports book were very helpful in assisting me with a fraud case on my account. Just waiting for my deposit to come through but they did find the funds and started my withdrawal. Thank you both. Will keep updated.

Placed 3 bets on the padres/reds game, all 3 bets hit totaling $2,880 in winnings, last night recieved an email stating my account has been closed temporarily to do a check, 3 bets are still listed as open and not settled, have tried live chatting multiple times only to be told i am out of hand, out of hand for wondering what is going on with my bets and closed account, customer service is no help only telling me this issue has been sent to the relevance team and to wait 5-7 business days to hear anything back. Terrible service

I have been waiting for a deposit from them for more than 36 days and when you see that I contact them they tell me that it should arrive in 3 days and it never arrives, please do not risk your money on that damn app

This is very bad sports book. They took my money and I want everyone to know. I am older man. I deposit my money with no problem. I make bets no problem. When I win $200 they lock my account. I send in personal information they ask. This was October 25. Today is November 10 and I have not received winnings account still closed. They say wait 72 hours. 72 hours pass they tell me to wait 2 to 10 business day's. It is now day 16. No help. Please do not bet with MGM sports book. I read reviews last 2 days and they take everyone money then lock account for weeks and months. Stay away. I am very upset.

They'll take your deposit. But if you win they won't let you put your winnings back on your card. Shady AF
