Ice cream was ready when we arrived, super easy order online option! Also got a nice "welcome" coupon when I downloaded the app!

Ordered a two scoop sundae. Really small. Not worth $7.50. Idk what else to say. Yelp wants 85 characters.

I seriously tried giving this place multiple chances and I'm done! They keep making me feel like it was a mistake.Twice I have been overcharged. They charged me for something I didn't have and when I told them, they did not know how to reverse it. I was charged for whip cream on my mocha blast and when I went in another time, they told me that they do not charge for whip cream on the mocha blast since it already comes on it. I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that each location is individually owned.I would rather go to the blue diamond location. They're always consistent and never overcharge me.

Super friendly staff at this location and very clean. Ice cream is always fresh. Ordered birthday cakes here a few times before and always happy with the results. My favorite flavor is the mint chocolate chip. My husband's is the pralines. They even have dairy free options as well :)

We've been in here many times to grab ice cream, but this review is particularly for their online orders/pickup!Ordered my daughters 5th birthday cake on the website -- I asked specifically for pink and purple pastels in the special instructions along with the message (Happy Birthday Mica Ayla) and the rainbow sprinkles along the edge. I was curious as to where they were going to add the message and loved it on the little white chocolate. Cake came out perfect, delicious, and on time. Service was great and we were left with a few slices, perfect for a medium sized party! Would definitely place another order here. Thank you!

Baskin Robbins has really leveled up in their cake decorating game. My niece wanted a Halloween themed cake for her bday and on a stop for a Cappuccino Blast, we found this one. Perfect size for 14+ guests with a good amount left over. My one tip for the employees though, fold and put the cake box together before placing the cake in. The tip of knife was smashed by the box and we had to doctor it with toothpicks. Easy fix and the cake was a hit.

Proud DoorDash in my Las Vegas community and every time I come into this Baskin-Robbins, the chick in the pink shirt, got a bad ass attitude and none of the employees ever acknowledge the DoorDasher but will literally welcome every other customer that walks in the store. Not sure why they specifically don't choose to greet me but it's kinda annoying now that this has happened 4 separate times and they are young so the attitude presented isn't even necessary. I come into the store to pick up my DoorDash order for my customer, but the level of disrespect and lack of customer service is terrible.

Top notch service! Emma and Isiah (I'm so sorry I'm sure that's spelt wrong) were amazing. They answered all my questions on the phone and were so kind. I told them I have a grumpy toddler and I didn't want to wait in the store so Emma offered to call me when my order was ready. She has no idea how much I appreciate her as a tired toddler Mom that worked wayyy too many hours today. Thanks Emma and Isiah! You made my night easier. Oh and can't forget the shakes were bomb.

We usually go to the Blue Diamond location but we were in the area so decided to stop for some ice cream. The dirty counter was a turn off but luckily I wasn't getting any drinks. The young lady wore gloves to scoop our ice cream but her nails were so long that she couldn't grip the scooper well and ice cream was going all over her gloves. Our cups and spoons was all smeared with ice cream. She handed it to us like nothing was wrong..didn't even give us napkins to help wipe it off.

Disappointed on the cake I picked up. I did an online order and when I picked up the cake, It was nothing like what I ordered.
