We love getting ice cream once in a while. The place is well kept it's clean. The service is pretty fast for all the time we've been here, and the attendant are always nice and patience. The menu is pretty easy one of the nice place to get ice cream.Also bring cash for tips for some reason the machine don't let you tip.

Middle age woman employee publicly shamed us for no tip around 4pm on Saturday in front of the entire line of people. Embarrassing look for the brand, the management, and other employees. Terrible. Never returning again.

I'm not normally the person to leave lots of reviews, but after reading some of the others it's pretty clear that this location only cares about the money. I'm a local in the area....I bring my girls here a lot, well at least a few times a month normally. I had already had reservations about coming back as a paying customer since I asked them about having a an Ice Cream party for some high school students that were graduating with honors.... even saying I'd pay for half if they could donate some gift cards to winners of the college acceptance campaign, only for them to say no....we are not a community based company. As long as this company has been in business I was really shocked at that. However I said to each its own, just because I donate to non profits in my area as a business owner does not mean others are open to it. Now I come in today for ice cream for the kids and i'm watching the scooper person literally weight the cup of ice cream on a scale. That is so ugly and a slap in the face for paying customers. You should be a shamed of that as a work wide company. Just remember businesses can go out of business when customers stop supporting you. #dobetter! won't purchase here again. Aloha Pine Apple is in the same parking lot. I'll rather pay more there for better service as they are a community based company. Meaning they give back! I'm over 31 flavors and this selfishness.

Did you know BR is opened until 10pm .. that's awesome. They have all cake sizes. Carlos was awesome, funny and very helpful. Very nice store, cleaned, little music.. nice place to relax and get out of the heat! Thanks for getting my workout/ birthday ice cream cake lol

Isaiah was amazing! He was so friendly and helped steer us in the right direction as I'm super indecisive when trying to select a flavor. He made our experience wonderful.

I go here frequently because it's very close to home. They're usually one or two workers and they're always very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the ice cream is delicious!

It's been a while since I've been to Baskin Robbins, but it was my nephews birthday and I know they love ice cream and cake so to make it easier I thought, let's get an ice cream cake. I came in to inquire about the cake and a young lady informed me that if I wanted to order a cake she suggested that I come back in the morning because she wasn't sure how to enter it in the system. She was super nice, but I thought that was weird request. Anyways I ended up going online and placing my order. It was super simple and easy to order online with a quick turnaround time, which is exactly what I needed. Just a disclaimer that I wanted to pick it up early Saturday morning, and I didn't realize they don't open until 11am. Overall the kids enjoyed their ice cream cake and it turned out exactly how it was pictured online. Thanks Baskin Robbins!

Called to let them know would be on the way and I would make it 5 minutes before closing, I live right down the street literally 2 minutes away, they said that's fine. As I was pulling up a worker with curly hair ran to the door to lock it and ran back to the back of the store to hide until actual closing time. Could've just told me no I couldn't come, I was getting my family ready to come and this happens. Very upsetting because I always come to this place. Least you could've done was not waste me and my families time.

I just called the store number (December 11, 2024 at 4:28pm) asking if the store has the Dubai chocolate ice cream bar. Who ever answered said no and quickly hung up the phone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Customer service, from manager, was terrible. Me and my friends were just trying to get some ice cream together because of the day off from school. We had just arrived and were told rudely by the manager "Do not come in here if you aren't going to be polite" We came back later after trying to get ice cream from a different location, we were treated with rudeness, and sass. We left because we did not want to be treated like this. We called after finally getting ice cream to get a manager to complain. We found out she was the manager and she continued to harass us over the phone. If you are someone who is younger, or looks younger, do not come here if you are looking to have an enjoyable experience.
