Bar Ginza is an absolute gem in Las Vegas' Arts District! This unassuming bar blew me away with its perfectly crafted classic cocktails and an amazing selection of Japanese whisky. The Strawberry Negroni, White Lady (not on menu) and the Gin Rickey (so refreshing and delicious!) were standouts--truly some of the best cocktails I've ever had.The owners are incredibly kind and passionate, sharing their story and dedication to bringing the Japanese bar scene to Las Vegas. The warm hospitality and unbeatable prices make the experience even better. Bar Ginza is now a must-visit for me every time I'm in Vegas! Don't miss this spot if you love exceptional cocktails and outstanding service.

I will need to do more exploring here, for sure. We ended here for one last nightcap after a downtown jaunt. They have the single most impressive list of Japanese whiskeys I have ever seen along with a solid "regular" list of Scotch, bourbon and other spirits. The list is very extensive, but the team is happy to assist you in selecting the right one. It's a cozy, well designed space and run by a team who genuinely cares about the product and broadening folks' horizons. Well worth a visit if you enjoy spirits, but a MUST if you're a whiskey drinker/snob.

Bar Ginza is my happy place. Clean, well-lit, genuinely friendly service, superlative cocktails, excellent TV choices. The highball is not to be missed, but the bee's knees is my favorite.

This is very quaint & demure spot. Very polite and mindful. I'm definitely coming back here. I love that it's not as busy, although we did come on a Thursday night. However, the server was soooo professional, cute and polite and friendly. She recommended drinks to us. We got the Bee's Knees and it was soooo good. We split it into shots.I'm definitely coming back here to hangout with good company! And to try the rest of the drinks!

Downtown has done a ton of work revitalizing and making it a destination of sorts... So when you plan a night for dinner and drinks it is always an option. We decided to grab dinner and bar hop and we ended up hitting Bar Ginza twice in the same night. Why would you ever go to a bar twice in one night you may ask, well that is simple. Quality, quality and quality. The attention and care put into the preparation of the cocktails and what goes into them was stellar. The ice is shipped in from Japan and broke down by hand to the sizes needed. Not only did the cocktails have amazing Japanese ice the cocktails were expertly crafted by Joshua who knocked every cocktail out of the park. Lastly the selection of bourbon on and whiskeys was easily one of the best in Vegas and not only that but the cost for the pours was extremely reasonable. Honestly, we will be back to Bar Ginza and we will also make this one of those must stop spots when we have guests in town.

This unique, upscale Japanese-themed bar is appropriately located in the center of the action at the Arts District. Highball - Gin Rickey is the first item on their cocktail menu, which is good for someone not interested in a syrupy sweet drink. Hence, the alcohol shines through. Paper Plane, by comparison, is full of flavor in favor of booze. Most of the cocktails are currenlty $15 each. The beer menu is composed entirely of imported craft beers from Japan, with Hitachino Nest being the main attraction. The beer prices currently range from $11 to $14 per bottle. The bar is well-lit with the aesthetic vibe of a sushi restaurant, although food is not served here. It was a full house during our visit on a First Friday. The bartenders and server are formally-dressed, and apparently of Japanese descent. This is culturally consistent with the samurai uniform in a display case at the back of the bar.

I have been hearing about this place for a while and finally had the chance to come and check it out.Fantastic cocktail and a great selecrion of whisky.Chichibu whisky has barely come to the US, but it is a fantastic brand and highly sought after by drinkers and collectors.Large selection of beer, bourbon and scotch. Old rip van winkle and a thomas handy sazerac btac caught my eye as well. Really great prices to be able to taste something very rare! The place is family run and the owners have been in Las Vegas for a long time!I highly recommend stopping in for a drink.

If there was a 6-star rating, I'd give one to this place. It's a cozy little bar in the arts district that you'd never know unless you knew it was there. But it's worth finding. We were on our way to yet another completely overhyped Vegas steakhouse and stopped in for a quick drink. This turned into the highlight of the evening. The waitress was incredibly knowledgeable of Japanese whiskeys and suggested a flight. She brought all the bottles to the table and answered our questions. We tried bottles that we would otherwise never have known. A terrific experience all the way around. We'll be back with more time next time we're in Vegas.
