Is it really Vegas if you don't get a frozen drink in a yardstick? I think not. Overall, you definitely pay quite the pretty penny for a souvenir and selfie. I wasn't a big fan of the flavor, but the service and beautiful ambiance of New York New York made up for it. Cheers and good luck if you are gambling!

Dueling pianos sucked!!!! Requested a song and tipped a 20 they just sat whined about not having requests and played baby shark. They sound horrible and managed to screw up uptown funk. No amount of overpriced drinks can fix this.

Pros: This is such a lively bar. People are always having such a good time any time we walk by. Decided to give it a try. so much fun! Very talented entertainers. Cons: everyone was so drunk. people spilling drinks all over the floor. I think the entertainers switch out throughout the evening. We like one pair better than the other.

This place used to be a lot more fun but now is on the decline. One female piano player constantly harasses the crowd for money and I had a negative experience with one of the bartenders during my last visit. Cover charge is pretty steep for mediocre service.

Came by on a Wednesday and had a complete blast!! The drinks are very reasonable for Vegas ($12 for vodka soda) and a $10 cover charge. However, if you want any requests to be played, get ready to cough up at least $50 so we just listened to what others requested, but it was still so fun. Without reservations you go on the "bar side" which is standing only, regardless of how crowded. It was fine bc we sang and danced the whole time, it was a total vibe. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas!!

We met some friends from out of town who wanted to see the dueling pianos. We had reservations for 4 , now this is a plus but you still have to get there before 8 and wait in line to make sure you get seats. Otherwise your reservation gets you in but standing room only until seats open up. Depends on what your plans are whether you need seats. If you want to dance and go wild you may not need seats but it's nice to be able to relax in between. The service was great and the show was outstanding. Really a good time and will definitely return.

I ordered a Happy Hour Margarita. Not worth the $8 I paid. Super low budget $2 margarita is more what it tasted like.

We visited this bar on my 40th Birthday trip to Vegas. I really wanted to see Deuling Pianos, but missed the show at Harrah's. We called and reserved a table, which ended up being a 20 dollar fee/person. We got the choice of a low or high top. The waitress was exceptional - she made sure our glasses were never empty. The bathroom is located outside of the casino, and they keep the area roped off, but the staff is attentive and will let you in and out as necessary. There were two sets of Dueling Piano players - two older guys, and two younger guys. Each reserved table got a request card, and it was a given that you'd had to pay up if you wanted to hear your song. I felt as if the performers didn't know as many songs as they should, and their voices weren't that great. They intentionally had low energy to their performances until people started paying more money. The people who reserved tables, like us were referred to as the VIP section. I felt as if we were heckled unnecessarily and asked to pay up to hear a song, when we paid for a seat to sit and relax and enjoy the show.

Good evening I'm following up on a few things regarding poor service. First earlier in the week we had VIP tickets to Mad Apple on NYE. To be honest it is the worst show we've seen of Cirque. The comedians were not even funny enough to play at our local Improv.Tonight was our last night of our vacation and I was dying to come to the piano bar. We arrived maybe about 9 as we came from the Linq after the Mat Franco trip. I love piano bars and I was so excited to come to yours. We paid $30/person to enter and sat in the front row. After ordering drinks I realized we didn't have cash. I went out to the left of the piano bar to some ATM machines. I requested $300 and I was giving all full bills. How am I supposed to break this money? While the machine says it breaks bills it did not. I went to the frozen drink bar and they told me to go to the ATM. I went back to NYNY Piano bar and the bouncers said they couldn't help me. The server happened to be there and said she could give me change for $100.As I finally sat down I started to look at my phone to find a good song to request. Well the pianists thought this was a great thing to laugh at. Facing the pianos the guy on the left was a special singer from NY and the woman on the right was from Florida I believe. She had long fake red hair. They saw me on my phone looking for a song and started insulting me to the point they thought it was funny to be whispering into the microphones like I shouldn't be there. This is after all the trouble I went to, to get cash to request songs for our anniversary celebration. Before I could leave they amazingly changed players. We then had the time of our lives, yet maybe too much focus on two kids turning 21. The guitar was great...older guy with longer fake brown hair; other guy short hair, more singing, less rocking. We tipped $200. The first $$60 was towards GNR. The second $40 was for Van Halen. Great. But my #1 piano bar song is Imagine. When the guys started a ballad we put $100 down for Imagine. Yet twenty minutes later they switched back to who I'll be honest I'm referring to as the "cunts". I had to listen to them butcher a beautiful song; after they intentionally laughed and humiliated me. We abruptly paid our bill and left. I want to be very clear that my best and worst experiences of this entire week were at your establishment.First you should have cash for your patrons if that's how you're expecting tips. Second the shows of any kind should not be offensive and unwelcoming. Third, why were people sneaking in pizza yet that wasn't an option when I asked for food?I will never come back to your establishment after tonight. I will look online to see if I can submit my complaints and how I feel treated more broadly. I will never ever try and sit at a table in a piano bar. You ruined my favorite pastime and my anniversary.Carrie Hidalgo

I don't mind paying $20 each to have a seat, another option is paying $5 to stand in the bar area. I don't mind paying $15 per drink....I know where I'm at. But what I do mind is the piano players asking for $20 to play your request, they said it was an all request show. We thought this was a joke but it wasn't. The piano players talked about the $20 for a request all night. There were two sets of piano players that rotated every hour and a half. The first two (two men) were great. The other two (a man and a woman) were average at best and the man' voice was terrible.
