Came in with fairly high expectations with a family who are pretty big fans of the celebrity chef behind the Momofuku brand, Dave Chang. Went for the Teriyaki Chicken rice bowl as it seemed to be the safest option. Unfortunately, didn't quite pan out.Mind-blowingly bland. Just actually unbelievably tasteless food, to the extent it was astonishing, given the colorful and appealing presentation. Just looking at their basic bowl, with the pickled onions, generous smattering of white sauce, and marinated grilled meat, you'd think there would be virtually no way to screw it up. I'd like to think my tolerance for bland food is generally pretty high, too, like... I'll eat pretty unseasoned food if I need to without complaint, but for something like a saucy teriyaki bowl, it was just kind of insane. Like maybe someone forgot to put salt in the teriyaki marinade and also the white sauce on that day, and I was just incredibly unlucky? I tried other food that day and it was good, so I didn't like, unknowingly have covid or something else that could explain it, I shared it with other people who had a similar experience.... really just incredible. Even going over to the nearby sushi bar and taking some soy sauce to give it some extra seasoning wasn't enough to save it. Maybe the blandest food I have ever received from a restaurant ever in my life, no hyperbole. Somehow, the only flavor going on in there was a little bit of sour from the pickled red onions. Service was fine. All in all, far and away the standout disappointment in an otherwise pretty great food-focused Vegas trip. Was probably pretty healthy, at least - if sodium and sugar content is a concern for you, would recommend.

The U Wrap is everything! Loved the chewy texture of the flatbread and the meat to bread ratio was perfect. Just the right amount of seasoning on the spicy pork but the onions could honestly be chopped more finely because it definitely kicks you in the face sometimes. The texture of the pork however, was rather dry, but other than that, loved it all around and would definitely get it again.I'd say pass on the smashed fingerling potatoes though because they're just a tad under and they definitely don't give enough sauce. Just meh in my opinion.

I ordered the Fold Up, they let me choose two different flavors, I ordered the spicy pork and cumin beef. The line was pretty short, our order came out in about 5 mins. Good for a quick bite. The spicy pork (4.5/5) was amazing, very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It says spicy, but it is not that spicy so don't be afraid to try it. The cumin beef (3/5) tasted a lot like curry beef, which make sense as cumin is used to make curries. The beef wasn't as juicy as the pork.

My husband ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and thought it was just ok. It was a nice healthier option to what we've been eating during our stay. The service was fast and friendly. We so wish that seating was more plentiful but the overall vibe was nice.

While an affordable, quick eat option in Vegas, I was pretty disappointed with my food. I had the U wrap, which was flatbread with your choice of filling (I chose teriyaki chicken). There was wayyyy too much teriyaki sauce and the chicken was dry. The flatbread was good but unfortunately overpowered by the sauce. The portion was generous and they did not skim on the protein. However, it's not good for me to good back or recommend. The flatbread was about $14 but they also have a rice bowl for around the same price. Located inside Cosmopolitan hotel at the food court.

Located on the second floor in the Boulevard Tower (Cosmopolitan Hotel), Bāng Bar is part of the Block 16 Urban Food Hall eateries. I didn't order any food, but I did buy a few jars of... - Chili Crunch | Ugh. Such a perfect blend of savory, sweetness, and spice. We go through these things quickly, so whenever we see Chili Crunch hanging out on a shelf, you best believe we be picking up a few jars. - Seasoned Salt | Whimsically umami and deliciously peppery. I love to sprinkle a bit on top of my food for added complexity and depth. You can also purchase these online and even at certain grocery stores. We usually get the variety pack through the Momofuku website (Original, Black Truffle, Hot Honey, and Extra Spicy). Pro tip: they're all amazing in their own unique way.

We came here for breakfast and they had a limited menu of u wraps and fold ups. U wraps are like burrito style with a Chinese style tortilla, and fold ups look like tacos in a pita bread. We ordered the chicken sausage u wrap and it was delicious! The flavors were bursting and unique - there was a sauce in there like the one you'd find paired with Peking duck and the pickled red onions really elevated as well. It is kinda pricey for what you get at $13 a wrap, but it was creative and delicious typical of David Chang's Asian fusion style.

Stopped by here on our way to a concert and we're very happy with the experience. The menu was very simple and direct. Not a lot of options but that is meant to be a good thing as it simplifies the experience and focuses it on what you will want. We tried spicy pork and cumin beef U wrap and were not disappointed. They were packed with flavor and a decent service size as well. This location is right in a main walkway so it's easy to find and there are some tables all over for decent people watching lol. The only downside I thought of was the "combo". They have sides for additional purchase but the combo includes some specialty butter chips and not much else. Not worth it in my opinion but as a pure foodie experience option, I would happily visit again.

This review is based on a visit on 6/1/24.- Cheesy truffle rice cakes: This just hit right. It was the cheesiest mac and cheese sauce on soft pillowy nuggets of tteokbokki, topped with a crunchy sprinkle. 10/10 recommend.- U Wrap with spicy pork: Nice. Tons of flavor. Juicy tender meat. I would have appreciated this a bit more if the "bing" were a little doughier and had a bit more substance. I'm thinking something like a scallion pancake. As a local, I never cease to be amazed by how pricey it is to eat on The Strip. There are so many amazing restaurants a couple of miles away - and for far better value. For me, the food was great, but the value was lacking.

I only tried the Spicy Pork U wrap and based on this, I'll give them 5 stars. The menu is really simple but I was still confused with the U wrap and the Fold ups. When you read the descriptions on the menu, the two items sound like the same thing. It also didn't help that they used a poor picture of the U wrap that hides the item behind a wrapper. U Wrap - It's a long, thin wrap that is made with a thin flat bread. I loved the flat bread and wrap as a whole was really enjoyable. I didnt order the Fold ups but I believe that they use a different flatbread that is thicker. SERVICESimple and efficient. Order at the front and wait a little bit for your order. TABLESThey have a small countertop at their shop and there are small tables all around nearby
