Thank you Donna for the amazing service! The Cobb salad and turkey pesto panini are amazing and the coffee is awesome as well. I got the high roller (caramel and vanilla) with oatmilk and it was deeeelllicciiouusss. Such a cute little shop. I would absolutely visit her instead of big chain coffee shops if I lived closer. She's amazing

This place is Eclectic, Fun and Whimsical. If you want a Great Cup of Joe or a light snack or lunch offering, this is THE place to be.The ambience and the coziness as well as the Customer service being excellent will keep you coming back again... I love it here.

Really love this spot I tucked away in a nook of a medical building off Buffalo and Summerlin parkway. They have the best "breakie" breakfast croissant sandwich's and they are small but delicious! The aioli has a little kick so you've been warned! I've already brought 2 people this place and if I ever get a chance I'd love to order a regular sandwich or the Buffalo chicken wrap! Yum yum yum

Stopped in after a doctors appointment and was pleasantly surprised about the ambiance. Everything was neat, clean and organized. I ordered a Americano which was delicious yet affordable. Staff was nice and welcoming. Will be back next month!

Best cup of coffee I've had in a long time! I chose Luck of the Irish - salted caramel, Irish cream, and white chocolate. This hot cuppa was the shiznet. Sweetness perfectly balanced with the coffee, the coffee itself tasting delicious. I loved it. I crave it. Need more soon!

Had the bacon, egg Brekki croissant. Delicious. Found this place b/c GPS said it was the closest coffee shop. In a medical center, but I would come again!!! For the sandwich, great aioli sauce. The all in Frappe was amazing- had hazelnut, coconut & dark chocolate. Would highly recommend!!

I came here this morning 12/22/2020 after my hand therapy next door, I always seen signs for this place and wanted to come try it. It's situated all cozy next to the elevators, it's a cute little coffee shop with nice decor and allot of personal touches. It's a sister owned company, they have a good variety of coffees milk options and food items as well. I ordered a medium hot chai with oat milk and a plain bagel with peanut butter and jelly. They were both delicious, the girls working were very nice. I love little local coffee shops and love supporting local business, I'm sure I will be back soon! Thank you frank and bean!!

This place is so cute! I had no idea this beachy sister-owned spot was here until I had an appointment in the building. They have sandwich-board signage out front letting you know there's a coffee shop inside, super helpful. The space is compact but well utilized, with a great drink menu, a few grab and go food options, and lots of seating. Great option to have if you tend to run early to all appointments (me) or to treat yourself to after a stressful appointment. The Vegas Steamer was my drink pick and I liked it, appreciated that they have alternative milk options as well. Their beans are locally roasted and they have unique offerings (with fun names) here that will probably bring me back even without an appointment. NOTE: Card fee for purchases under $5 so if you don't have cash, upgrade to the next drink size! Only open weekdays, due to the location.

This is probably the worst espresso I have ever had. I got an iced espresso and it tasted so burnt. It was horrible. I will never come back. I don't know why everybody is saying this place is good.
