First time to Bacchanal. Went on a weekday close to opening in fear of being busy. Also made a reservation. Got seated right away. All the food was freshly made. (Burnt myself with the taco and carne asada fries lol). The food was above buffet standards from the small bites and appetizers to the main grabs. The place was lively but not packed. But what really stood out to me was the service by Esmeralda J. Working retail she moved effectively and checked on every table. Made genuine connection with us and others she was serving. As a person who works in the customer service tech field I was blown away. Will return and hope to be served by her again. Thank you Esmeralda!

So we were told that this buffet at Caesar's Palace is one of two best buffets on the Vegas Strip. The other one is the Wynn, which I've frequented many times. This one is good but NOTHING like the Wynn. When I go to these buffets I do indulge in the seafood which I did again here. Unfortunately, my stomach was not as happy later on that night. Can't say it's because of the seafood and the seafood was good at the time. Desserts were ok. Not much of service, the ambiance is nothing like the Wynn, but it was good enough to return , maybe. For the price, which we bought our ticket before 1:00pm was a good deal.

Let's start with the seafood. The crab legs, unfortunately, were on the small side and carried a salty flavor. Our table of eight all felt the same way. It definitely used to be better. I was hoping for a more satisfying taste. My biggest problem, was when you opened the crab legs. They are slightly cut so you can open them but There was just no meat inside. We opened several legs and kept finding legs with little to no meat. On a brighter note, the lobster claws were absolutely delicious! The shrimp, however, was not as enjoyable. They had an odd color and an unusual taste that reminded me of ocean water, which was a bit off-putting. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for the seafood selection. On the plus side, the meat options were impressive and well-prepared, making for a hearty dining experience. The sushi also stood out, it was fresh and not fishy at all. All in all, while there were some inconsistencies, the buffet still offered several mouthwatering options worth trying. I hope they improve some of their selections. It seems like it's slightly gone downhill. One star for the food. Two stars for the service. They really go above and beyond in clearing out plates.

I visited restaurant expecting a high level of service and food quality, and overall, i was satisfied.Variety of dishes - a wide selection of seafood, meats, and desserts. Service - attentive staff, quick table clearing, and prompt drink service.Atmosphere- stylish interior, pleasant music, and comfortable sitting arrangements. Price very high, even by upscale restaurant standards, especially if you don't plan to try eating.Crowds- during peak hours, it's difficult to access some stations, and certain items run out quickly.Overall, the restaurant justifies its cost for those who want to experience a variety of in an elegant setting. However, if you don't plan eating a lot, it might not be the best choice.

Very good buffett though at hefty price. My husband loved the peruvian ceviche, I loved the smoothies and dessert bar. The korean ribs were good but not as hot as I prefer it.

Bacchanal is the largest buffet in Las Vegas, with 10 kitchens, 9 chef stations and more than 250 menu items. You must make reservations, and even in doing so, you check in, pay (over $200 plus tip for 2, drinks not included), and still wait in line an additional 20 minutes. Luckily, we were seated at a table up close. Tables go way back in dimly lit areas. I, and practically every other patron, headed to the seafood line where there was hot and cold crab legs, shrimp, lobster, crab boil and more. There was even a dispenser for warm clarified butter. Seafood was great. Out of the other stations I don't remember much, but due to the large crowd, food was hot, fresh, of a nice hotel quality. Sushi was like machine made. Too many options. The dessert buffet was nice, with crepes, mochi donuts, gelato as well as the usual suspects. For the price, I don't think it was worth it. The food was good, not exceptional, but it was fresh. Staff was nice, unbothered by the large crowds. Dirty plates were cleared quickly.

This was a fantastic buffet with more options than one could even imagine. You get your steps in with what feels like miles of options, split into different sections of types of food. Staff was incredibly nice and on top of clearing the table. Food was delicious and everyone was stuffed!

We have been to Bacchanal multiple times and cant believe I have never reviewed this place! But this place is literally the epitome of what a buffet should be. Our servers we attentive; plenty of food choices and different world cuisines! It was about $95 pp with taxes when we visited in Feb 2025. We will keep on coming back!!Pro tip:-Make a reservation far in advance to date of visit.-If you have a huge party, consider splitting up in different tables-Book at a time when there are no major events happening at the Caesars Palace/Las Vegas-Book at an off time like late noon or late dinner-Get there earlier than your reservation time-Try a little bit of everything!
