B With A Twist Catering

My husband had cause to need catering for a holiday office party for about 80 people today. We reached out to B with a Twist per a friends recommendation. In only providing about a weeks notice and also working to accommodate the budget limitations he was working with, B with a Twist did a great job. From delicious beef short ribs, to a chicken dish, to a really tasty green pear salad and a great vegetable dish, the office party was a success and highlighted by the great food from this delightful catering company. Thanks B! We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

The food for our venue was not what we chose off of the menu, and what it was replaced with was so awful. Everyone at our party went out to eat afterward. This catering company is a vendor for The Plaza at Whitney Ranch. Make sure you don't use them for your food at this place. They charged us $17.00 per person and our count of guests was 80, however 80 did not show up and there was not enough food for the ones who did show up! No good and still no resolution to the problem. The owner of the venue who uses this vendor has not replied to my emails. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend using this caterer.

Great food and even better staff! I had B with A Twist cater a birthday party for my husband at the MOB Museum in Las Vegas and they were on top of their game! Since I do not live in Las Vegas I really had to put my trust in the vendors.Anil was my contact and was super responsive to all of my email questions and gave me great recomendations for food.Food - AWESOME! The presentation was phenomenal! All of my guests commented on how beautifully everything was set up. The quantity and quality were suberb, I couldn't have asked for any better.Staff - As I stated Anil was terrific but the staff at the event ..WOW! I am impressed. Professional, friendly and super helpful. I had a guest who decided to help themselves to the birthday boy's dessert before we even sang happy birthday, she brought it to my attention and then took the initiative to correct the situation...BRAVO! I had enough going on that I would have totally missed that and she saved the day (as far as dessert went :-) ).If I ever do another event in Las Vegas, B with A Twist will be my go to caterer.Thanks for making my husband's birthday party successful!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.I'm responsible for coordinating different events for my office and meetings with important visitors, and I know that I can always trust B With a Twist to provide us with a sophisticated, elegant catering experience. I started using them at the end of January and have used the FOUR TIMES since... in the matter of a month. They're that great.In one situation, I even contacted Anil the evening before a meeting I needed catered- I needed a very specific vegetarian canapes menu the next day by 3pm- and he not only delivered, but exceeded my expectations. The execs of my company were so impressed that they said they want me to continue using B With a Twist for all future important events. I cannot say enough great things about this company, and judging from other reviews, neither can others! Obviously there are always going to be bad reviews, but trust me- if you see a bad one, it's a one-off.

When planning a destination wedding, communication to your vendors is the key to make everything great and that is what Anil and his staff did, make the night perfect. I first was inform of the caterer through my venue the Mob Museum and from the day we did our tasting a year prior to the actual night, I've emailed with Anil the details and with all my last minute concerns and questions, they did a great job. The staff was pleasant and I loved how they made sure me and my husband got to eat and always had a drink in hand. And the food was awesome!! They did not miss a detail. Thank you!

We used B with a Twist for my daughter's outdoor wedding lunch. They were easy to communicate and plan with, accommodating eating allergies. Their staff was on time for setting up, professional and friendly. Serving and cleaning up with a smile. We ordered Greek Salad, Green Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Chicken and Prime Rib. It was hot, delicious, and plentiful. It was wonderful to enjoy the event worry free, all the details were expertly handled by them.

B with A Twist catered my daughters wedding this past Saturday and we are so glad we chose them. Anil and Brittany were so easy to work with as they were very accommodating and responsive to our needs and requests. Attendees raved about the food. One of our out of town guests said that while they were here they at at Nobu and The Palms and thought our wedding food was the best they had all weekend. Their staff was efficient, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend them for any function.

You guys were awesome!! We hosted a baby shower and they were amazing. Greeted our guests with cocktails, always filling glasses, just extremely attentive to everyone"s needs. The food was amazing. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. So polite, so respectful and , again attentive. Thank you , Erica, Jenny, Arturo, and Alex!!! Can't wait to work with you again.

B With a Test was the caterer for my wedding. They were awesome to work with. Brittney is kind and very responsive. The food tasting was such a fun and awesome experience; Kelly had a positive attitude and had great energy. The day-of set up went smoothly; everything looked fantastic and the food was delicious!

Superb food and fantastic to work with. My guests were raving about how good the food was. Beautifully presented. Extremely generous portions with food left over after everyone had eaten. Office staff Brittany, Julia and Anil were always accessible and prompt with replies. Service staff Flavia and Keanu went above and beyond to assure that the guests were well taken care of. They left my kitchen spotless. Pricing is very fair for the quality of the food and the service. Highly recommend!
