The phone number doesn't work when I tried calling last week. I tried again tonight, and it is still telling me the same message. That my "call cant be completed"... how do I get ahold of this business?

This place had a 6/10 rating on orbitz. Pretty sure this place misplaced/ took my my husbands id. They never gave it back to him and when he called the front desk in the Morning to ask, they no longer had it. The bed had a finger nail in it. I read a review on orbitz that said the same thing after we had gotten to the to the room. Tv didn't move and was leaning back towards the wall, weird stuff on the door. Yikes

Best last resort stay (minus the very realistic expectation of the lack of resort)Flew into vegas after a delay and got lucky upon open hours checkin time (what type of vegas hotel lobby closes service after 12am?). Our tv didnt work, remote didnt work, the pool was closed, the bathroom had leftover hair and dead bugs and flies galore. luckily the guy at front desk was super nice about everything. I swear all of that would have been forgiven if it werent for the absolute state the mattress, if you could call it as such, was in. Imagine just a pile of dry mats, stuffing spilling out of the "mattress", i used my backpack as a pillow because... wtf. Water pressure is fine, hot water is fine. But good luck soldier. Please avoid spending money here.

Room claims it has, hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board. It doesn't have any of these things in the roomThe room is a dump! Holes in the bathroom needs paint, and a closet to hang clothes. The drawers to put you clothes get stuck and doesn't open easily. The price is low for a reason.

Great hotel for an emergency, we couldn't find a place everything sold out, to our surprise the room came with iron, fridge , wifi pool and didn't have to wait to get my deposit back. Definitely recommend it.

As I walked in to check-in the front desk was on the phone with her boyfriend. Helped me check in and proceeded to have conversation on the phone w/him. Right there I should have listen to my gut.Got into the non-smoking room and got hit with smoke smell. Everything smelled like smoke. I tried to turn the fan or A/C couldn't because buttons where broken. When I was able to turn the unit on smoke was thrown into the air. We stayed a total of 10minutes. Got our stuff took pictures and told front desk I'm super sorry but I can't stay in the room and she said I totally understand and cancel w/out charge.

"Zero stars if i could." Like literally. Negative stars if i could. Swapped rooms a few times because all the non-smoking rooms smelled like someone either cleaned the carpets with bong water or uses cigarette butts for air filters. Makes you wonder what the smoking rooms smelled like. The bathroom exhaust did not work. The fridge was dead. Hardly any water pressure in the shower, but not like it mattered because the tub looked so gross i didn't even wanna step in. The carpets were stained, they charge you to use their towels, their 24/7 front desk is nowhere to be found half the time, and the walls are paper thin. There was no coffee maker in the room even though they are mentioned in the amenities (but i don't even think I'd touch it). The screens for the windows were ripped off half of the rooms, or looked like someone tried to rip them off and got caught midway. This isn't my first inn or motel stay, and this was definitely, by far, the worst.

DO NOT GO HERE!! DANGER!! STAY AWAY! PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS!! PLACE IS A DUMP!!Reserved a room online thinking it was on the Nellis AFB, not the case (kind of miss leading with the name). Off base and dangerous because of the illegal activity around and on the property. My wife and I (disabled Marine) went to check in and the lady at front was rude. Yes I had a few choice words for her. My wife demanded a refund (which we are waiting on). NEVER EVER WILL I GO HERE!! Zero stars if I could!!

This is the grossest place I've ever been to it's dirty run down and smells. The room has holes in the wall with patches not covered cracked toilet seat dirty towels the curtains shears were literally disintegrated holes and the curtains not even hanging on the rod. The beds were very uncomfortable. Sink is clogged and toilet won't flush The carpet looks like it's never been cleaned! The lamps have broken and ripped lamp shades and switches on the lamps don't work I had to unplug it to shut it off. I don't think any bleach is used to wash the sheets and towels they're gray I booked this place for 2 nights I only stayed for 1. Booking.com wouldn't refund me.

They have bed bugs , the rooms are filthy and don't match any of the online photos ! Stay far away from here
