OMGGGG, so good!My only issue is the price point, it's expensive, but honestly no other place can compare when it comes to alcohol infused ice cream. So I mean what can you do. We got their top hits/flavors and the best was bourbon/choc mainly bc you could really taste all the goodness in one pint. Do you ship? bring this store to nyc please...

Alcohol and ice cream all in one! This was a pretty interesting combination and especially in Vegas. Aubi and Ramsa is a bit of a small place with a few seating tables but very aesthetic looking. Dulce de leche: The ice cream is $8. If you aren't a big alcohol person, you'll definitely like this ice cream. The taste was the right amount of dulce de leche flavour and wasn't overwhelming in alcohol flavour. Overall, I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for something light in alcohol and cute aesthetics.

Good grab-and-go ice cream. I can't taste the alcohol though but it was good anyway. Staff was friendly and the store is a bit tiny with few chairs available.

(Passionfruit Margarita: 55% | F) - Don't be fooled by this 21+ ice cream. While the presentation and atmosphere is quite soothing, this tiny can of ice cream is $8 and has negligible amount of alcohol to possibly warrant the 21+ label. Not only that, normally, alcohol in ice cream lowers the freezing point and improves the creaminess. However, this sorbet manages to stay as hard as a rock. Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend. Furthermore, the shop itself is hidden inside of a casino, so don't bother going looking for it because its better left hidden.IG: @amei.eats

I was excited to take my family here after trying it on a trip before but it's a hit or miss depending on which flavor you get. We got the Pina Colada 0.5% ($8) one since my family since they're not a fan of the alcohol taste. The ice cream was sweet, didn't have any alcohol taste, and was just okay to me. I didn't enjoy it as much as the two other flavors I had before. Definitely not worth $8.

This place is amazing!!! I went every night I was in Vegas!!Their menu is amazing. The ice cream container is so cute. The ice cream is absolutely the best I have had. Amazing concept. This is a convenient location, and they are open late, which comes in handy. The staff is super helpful when you can't decide what you want and even then you can't go wrong with any of the flavors!!There are a few high tables inside to sit but mostly take it to go and walk around. Will for sure be back when in Vegas but also can order online!!

For surely recommending this place. When I visit this ice cream shop, I was very surprised how good the ice cream taste. I'm a big fan of whiskey. My favorite one is definitely fashion. I would surely recommend this. The server was very nice and kind. She got to chat with us and tell us a lot about the company. The informer was really quiet and high. I don't feel like I am at an ice cream shop with a lot of kids running around. It was very chill and nice. A bit of like a wine tasting experience.

When in Vegas and you see ice cream + alcohol, of course you'd want it right?Well, after probably almost 2 hours of finding this place- was it really worth it?Yeah, Aubi and Ramsa have a horrible location (imo), maps is super inaccurate and calling them is not worth your time. So let me TRY to help you find this spot.LOCATION: When inside Caesars Palace, and depending if you go up and down a few steps with a wall of celebs on either your right or left, Aubi and Ramsa is literally right across from them. Honestly, they're hidden between casinos, stairs, etc. etc. Their spot is so subtle you'll for sure have a hard time. DO NOT TRUST THE DIRECTIONS ON YELP OR GOOGLE. You will be walking forever. Anywho, after finally finding this place, it's a small with a few high tables and chairs. They have a number of alcoholic desserts to choose from. It is pricey but remember, you're in Vegas. Taste was decent. I really tasted the alcohol in the ones I tasted. So despite the crappy location, if you ever come across this spot and dying to try them out, give them a try.

Small, intimate spot in the midst of the chaos of the casinos and tourists running about. We tried a few flavors; I stuck to the vegan options. Both the Tangerine Mimosa and Japanese Pearl Drop were delicious, but the Japanese Pearl drop was my favorite! They have 4 vegan options; I hope to see more flavors outside of the sorbets.

This has been our favorite spot for ice cream and we look for it whenever we visit a city that has one (Miami, NYC, Vegas)... the flavors are absolutely amazing and who doesn't love boozy ice cream?! The atmosphere's for all Aubi & Ramsa's are so sophisticated, and the vibes make you feel like you're at a cocktail lounge which is an absolute treat. My favorite for the past few years has been Coco Loco... it's sooo delicious. There's a subtle sweetness, you get real slices of coconut and Don Julio tequila! Try it, I promise you will not regret it. But they have flavors for everyone weather you drink Gin, Bourbon, Vodka, Sake, Champagne... want ice cream or sorbet. It gives all the vibes and the prices are really reasonable for the quality. You won't regret it!
