We first found this place because my wife and I were looking for a place to buy authentic sourdough that doesn't use yeast. My one son has a yeast allergy and we know having a good gut biome is key to keeping eczema down and away. We were also tired of eating the crappy bread they sell in the store with tons of ingredients. The owner of this place is awesome. He gives so much info on the bread he makes and how minimal the ingredients are, plus he let me sample a lot of different things. I believe he said the sourdough starter and recipe. His bread is so good that I come here every week to pick up the 5lb sandwich loaf for the family to enjoy. He only bakes the sandwich loaves on Tuesday and Wednesday but does the normal sourdough everyday that he is open. The difference between the sandwich loaves and normal sourdough is just the density. The sandwich loaves are heavier and more dense and I love that.

Walked into a store with empty shelves. There was literally nothing on display on the store floor. Thought they might be closed so I asked if they were open. The clerk asked "what makes you think we're closed, there's an open sign at the door."That alone just made me turn around and leave. I don't care how good your bread, food, whatever it is you serve there is, your attitude won't make up for your lack of customer service.

Why get bread from the market when you can get way better quality bread from your local baker. Their sourdough bread is cheaper than big box markets!! And this place makes it fresh, and with way better quality! We're not bread or carb type ppl anymore. If we do get bread, it would be sourdough. There's no dairy used in theirs. You can buy fresh bread whole, cut in half, sliced smaller, or day old breads too. We bought a small loave of sourdough which more than enough for us. We also bought a Sea Buckthorn juice that cost only $5! It was tasty. We didn't have time to hear out the menu because our Korean takeout was abouy ready. The SO is looking forward to trying their sandwich (sandwich bread has dairy in it's bread). They also have other items from soup, savory bread, cheese and more. I think the only Romanian item is the beer sausage Mititei. This Romanian owner got sick of having bread full of chemicals. He was a chemical engineer before. So this seems to be a passion! They're going to get discovered. They've only been in business for 4 months.

I just stopped in to check out this place. I have never been here before and wasn't aware that it existed. I got a really tasty sandwich and some sourdough bread, imported cheese and roasted eggplant dip to take home. All of that for a little over $20. This is a newer place, only open less than a year. Very friendly service and such a clean place. They also have Coke Zero in their fountain!

New bakery in town starring organic sourdough all made by one man!Iulian, the owner, was proud to share us his passion for natural ingredients, chemical engineering, and of course sourdough. We came for the $5 sandwich but he generously let us sample cheese, savory bread, and a sunflower dessert (halvah).I can't wait to come back and buy a beautiful loaf of sourdough next time! They truly look so beautiful and big. House Sandwich (5/5) - creamy cheese, salty pastrami, and crunchy bell peppers yum. Plus it's $5!

I've ALWAYS been one to support local Las Vegas businesses. Recently, my food choices have changed to be more geared to eating REAL FOOD and avoiding all seed oils, ultra processed foods, and refined sugars. Basically, fake manufactured foods.Enter Atelier T-55 in a former pizza spot(next door to Curry Leaf, also where Kuben and Recess once was)Atelier-ShopT- Time55-the age owner Iulian started the process for this business Hailing from Romania, Owner Iulian is a professional Chemical Engineer destined to bring real food to Las Vegas locals. Take his Sourdough for example- Water, flour, salt, and starter. Full of flavor and not full of additives, chemicals, preservatives or ingredients you cannot pronounce. Buy it by the pound, or get the entire 5 pound loaf for $22. Honestly some of the BEST Sourdough you'll ever sink your teeth into! We also sampled his tasty cheese sticks, delicious sunflower seed halvah for the first time, and a fruity single origin olive oil from Portugal. Needless to say, we purchased some halvah, a couple of sandwiches, half a loaf of Sourdough and bottles of olive oil and rose petal preserves. Now THIS is the kind of business I can see supporting. The bottom line for the majority of food establishments in Vegas is to make a profit and stay in business which is great, but restaurants need to keep food costs down in order to profit, so that means using cheap seed oils and processed ingredients which isn't good for anyone's health in the long run.Opened for just about 6 weeks now, I hope people continue to come out and support Iulian and Atelier T-55. Vegas definitely could use a business like this!

Backstory: I moved to Las Vegas at the end of May and I haven't been able to find sourdough in any of the stores or anything with sourdough starter. I just recently read about using rye flour with sourdough to make a tastier bread free from yeast and that's what they do here! Felt like fate pointed me in this direction. I saw a picture of the bread on yelp and a small description of the bread-making process, plus they were open on a Sunday so I came to check it out. Iulian (the owner) was an absolute gem.He was super helpful and let me try a few of the products prior to purchasing. HIGH quality deli meats and cheeses plus the best olive oil I've ever had. However, the bread is the star of the show. I bought 2 loaves, 2 $5 sandwiches (easily would've been $15 bucks each in any deli or coffeehouse), a jar of baby walnuts in syrup cinnamon and cardamom, halva (with sunflower instead of sesame and boy was it good!!!), and a jar of pickled bell peppers stuffed with sauerkraut. It was $66.62. Absolutely a steal for everything I walked away with. The place is pretty bare, but they opened 1 month ago. I am praying people recognize what this place has to offer because it will pop off and it will grow into something incredible if it gets enough attention. I'm gonna sing their praises until those sandwiches are sold for what they're worth, because right now it's a steal but eventually they'll be a deal and that'll be the sweet spot. Let's keep Iulian's doors open. We need more healthy options in this town.

Delish sourdough! Fresh! Recommended by a friend and well worth it. The owner and I shared the first cut as he hand-sliced our bread loaf. I got the 5 lb and split half with family. Did I say the sourdough was delicious? The owner is very friendly and very passionate about his bread. The store is small and simple. I'll try the coffee next time.

I can confidently say they make the best sourdough bread I've ever tasted. The crust is perfectly crisp, with that satisfying crackle, while the inside is soft, chewy, and packed with a tangy flavor. The loaves are baked fresh daily, and you can tell they pour heart into every step. If you're a sourdough lover, this place is a must-visit. I'm already craving my next loaf!
