I enjoyed a pre tasting event of caribbean cuisine from Ashanti's kitchen during a visit to Las Vegas and it was wonderful. I have travelled a lot in the caribbean but never been able to find the unique food experience stateside until now. Can't wait to return to Las Vegas and enjoy some real jerk chicken saturated with caribbean love.I also sampled a delicious vegan carrot cake with icing , I will NEVER eat any other carrot cake again. It was moist , flavor full and did not leave me with a heavy feeling as other cakes tend to do. I only hope they could deliver or open up a mail order service so I could enjoy Ashanti's kitchen's carrot cake in Washingt

I ordered via Grubhub the tilapia, red beans and rice, maccaroni and plantains. The rice and beans had NO beans and the fish was soggy. Then the carrot cake i ordered was missing! Its so disappointing when u wait over an hour to be let down totally. Wont be ordering here ever again. Cant even support small businesses.

I ordered curry chicken, potato salad and baked macaroni and cheese payed $15 and it was horrible the curry chicken was watery with no seasoning the potato salad was plain and the mac and cheese taste like it came out of a box. I will not recommend this company to anyone, very disappointing.
