Worth the wait for taco Tuesday. Always amazing and staff is great! They do get extremely busy so plan on waiting a little while but it is more than worth it. Staff is always running around busy and I appreciate all they do and they are always nice, friendly and patient even when some customers are being impatient.

Asada is a Mexican Restaurant located in North Las Vegas. They don't have a bar but do serve Beer and Margaritas. During the day you might need to place your order by a stand by the entrance to the kitchen.After a few trips here since my last review I have to admit that this place is HIT or MISS. Honest it is like two different restaurants are in this one spot.All of my lunch visits were horrible. We've experienced the worst service ever and subpar foods. On my last visit we were the only customers in the dining room and we were too much trouble for our server to handle. It took her 25-30 minutes to serve us beverages and chips and salsa. When our meals finally arrived the meats were all dried out and tough in all of the tacos. My salad came out without dressing too. At the same time they had a few to go orders going on and all the people returned their food and asked for their money back.This is so tragic. We previously enjoyed the food and service here our last few dinners. The young male server gives outstanding service and so far the food has also always been good-great at dinner time.Lunch time visits were another story. On both lunch time visits we had female servers that have a language barrier and are not service people. They brought us subpar food too unlike what we tried here at dinner time.I am being generous leaving Asada three stars. I hope it's not too late for improvement.Hit or Miss

I recently visited this restaurant after a friend highly recommended it, claiming the food was amazing. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. The food I received was cold, which was disappointing, especially given the rave reviews I had heard. To make matters worse, the person at the front seemed genuinely unhappy to be working there, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. At the end of the day, I feel like I could've saved some money and gone to Roberto's for decent but predictable Mexican food instead of having this underwhelming experience. Overall, I had high hopes, but the cold food and lackluster service didn't make it worth the visit.

Juan makes the environment pleasant and fun. The meat choices are listed on the board. I will definitely go back for more next week Tuesday, when the tacos are $1 but must be bought in a pack of 5. Cheese is 50 cents extra. Get the green sauce. We called in our order and it was ready in about 15 min. Don't forget to order a large horchata. You haven't lived until you tried it from this place! I can't even describe it to you. Just try it. Perfection.

Don't be fooled by the lack of people inside, this place is an absolute gem. They do mostly take out, hence no one but us inside.We ordered two 4-taco plates (street taco size). I got chicken and carnitas, and my hubby got carne asada and birria, then we swapped so we both could try all four. OMG each taco was better than the previous one. And the beans and rice were yummy too.The chips and salsa tasted very fresh, and our server was delightful. I really hope they do a lot of advertising or they may not last very long, which would be a shame because they're so good.Give them a try if you're a local. Too good to not support them. And they have great Taco Tuesday deals with $1 tacos and discount beer and margaritas too! What else do you need? Muy bueno!

My favorite Mexican authentic restaurant closest to Cali tacos so good. Taco Tuesday is always the best, it will get very packed but it's all worth the wait.

I don't come here often, but whenever I do, they don't let me down. The food is consistently flavorful, and the food is reasonably priced. I mean, come on now... Where else can you buy authentic for $1.50 daily except Tuesday when they're $1.00? (An extra fee may apply for some meats, but the prices are affordable.)You aren't going to get those at T.E.G. where the are damn near $5 Simplified version DONT PASS UP ON THIS FAMILY BUSINESS

I wanted to tear this place up after I saw how my tacos were packaged. However, one bite of my carnitas tacos humbled me. I placed an order for 3 carnitas tacos to go and waited awhile. I believe they only have one cook, so the orders were just piling up and perhaps the demand couldn't be met quick enough. I'm not for certain, but these were my observations. Because my order took so long I decided to sit down and eat one taco because I was hungry and discovered the tacos were wrapped hap hazardly in one huge piece of foil only. The tacos were crushed, the Toppings and meat was spilling out of them, and there was no foam plate or whatever normal taco joints use to house the tacos on so I realized I could never eat this in the car.I scooped all the contents that came out of the tacos back in 1 taco and took a bite and bam...I was instantly humbled. Instead of going back up to the counter and complaining about the state of my tacos, I sat my big fat A** down and ate my food. The carnitas maybe needed a little more seasoning/marinade and they forgot my cheese but the tacos were slamming, period!

So, to start they don't really have air in their restaurant AND I've found black floaty stuff in my drinks. NASTY. They're super expensive unless you get their special or deal depending on the day of the week. On maps and online says they're open till 10pm. I called at 9:30pm and they were already closed and didn't take my order. The birria tacos are good, but between the black stuff floating in my drinks, their hours not being correct, and no AC in the SUMMER ? I don't think I'll be back. Sucks cause there's not alot of good Birria places near this area so if they upped their quality they have great potential

The good was ok. The service was horrible. I won't be back. I waited almost an hour for 12 street tacos 13 people came in after me and all of them ordered about the same or more. Yet my order came after them. I watched. Some orders had more tacos and other harder to make dishes. I was given some half assed excuse as to how all of these other people got their orders first. Terrible service
