We hired Two Chefs for our November wedding, and guests are still talking about the food. The guests don't know how reasonably priced it was though! I think we would have paid twice as much for the same food in a banquet hall or golf course. Our menu included: Ginger Apricot Glazed Chicken Skewers, Handmade Tostones with Shrimp Ceviche, Potato Leek Soup with Maple Bacon Topping, Baby Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans, Strawberries, and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette; Dry Rubbed Flank Steak with Chimichurri sauce, Pork Tenderloin with Warm Cherry Port Chutney, Grilled Autumn Vegetables, Wild Rice Pilaf, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Iced Tea with flavored syrups, iced water, coffee, and the wedding cake was included! If that doesn't make you hungry, something is wrong with you :) I'll be excited for our 1st anniversary when we take some red velvet cake out of the freezer and eat it again. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service on the day of the wedding was impeccable. We got all we wanted and more. They worked with our budget, and are willing to make anything you request. The "catch" is you have to have a kitchen for them to cook in. We rented an estate for our wedding, so we had a free kitchen. They also do dinner parties and other events.

We recently hired Two Chefs To Go for our company's 30th Anniversary Event and the planning and execution of our event from start to finish could not have gone any better. Chefs Maggie and Malinda are amazing to work with and our guests are still raving about our event and the food two weeks later. They prepare everything at your location. Everything is fresh - no microwaves, freezers or steam tables are used! Their support staff and bartenders have been working with them for years - very professional and friendly. Once the event was over their white glove cleanup left our kitchen and serving areas cleaner than when they arrived! The only thing I had to take care of was to provide the beverages and alcohol served which helped keep the costs down. Their friendly bartenders took care of everything elseI can not say enough about their service and attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked and they always handled my endless questions with a smile and a friendly answer. Thank you Chefs Maggie and Malinda for turning a stressful undertaking into an awesome and fun experience!

This is the best food I have ever tasted. Every dish is exemplary. I love the fried chicken skewers (nicknamed crack chicken by their customers) and the chicken Parmesan.

By far the best there is. Chef Maggie has made countless meals for me and everything she makes is all right on the top of my list of favorite things to eat. She is honest, loyal, caring and will go above and beyond to make sure every experience is the best it can be. If you want it, she'll figure it out, and it'll be better than you expected.

I contacted two chefs to go after finding their website online. I was highly impressed with the site, which led me to make the call.I was having a couple of friends over for NYE dinner and wanted to make it special.I spoke with Chef Maggie about our needs/wants (gluten-free, all organic, horomone/antibiotic free dinner).She didn't flinch when I explained that we needed the meal to be gluten-free! That was an instant plus in my book.I asked if she and Chef Malinda could come to my home to cook the day before NYE and leave me with instructions on how to heat and serve the meal.They arrived promptly at 8:30am dressed in professional chef's attire. They wheeled in carts with their cookware and other gear to make the "magic" happen in my kitchen. At 3:30pm they were finished and my refrigerator was stuffed with our dinner.They created 3 appetizers, a soup, a salad, an entree, and a dessert~all gluten-free.From start to finish the meal was AMAZING! I am still dreaming of the kambucha soup with chipotle cream sauce, though everything was "to die for".My kitchen was spotless when they left. I found their prices to be reasonable, and it made way more sense to hire these chefs to create exactly what we were looking for, rather than take our chances on a price fixe menu with all of the crowds on NYE.All in all, it was a fabulous experience. These ladies are completely talented, professional, and wonderful.I highly recommend their services, and am looking forward to planning the next time I will be able to utilize their services!

Two Chefs to Go made our New Year's Eve an evening to remember! I was lucky enough to be a dinner guest to an amazing meal prepared by these incredibly talented chefs.From the lovely appetizers to the amazing kabocha soup to the fantastic main course and topped off by a chocolate cake, all gluten-free and organic...everything was fresh and delicious. These two ladies gave this gluten-free girl a gift to remember...chocolate cake!Chef Maggie and Chef Malinda are incredibly professional and very detail-oriented. Not only did they prepare an amazing meal but they also left the kitchen so clean, you would never even know they had been there.This was truly a memorable experience and I would recommend them again and again!

Two Chefs to Go were top notch any way you slice it. I hired them for a private cooking course and dinner party in my home. I was impressed by their professionalism- phone calls immediately answered and email correspondence prompt. During my initial conversation with Chef Maggie, I mentioned that I would like to learn how to make gnocchi but was undecided as to the rest of the menu. Instantly, she offered some helpful suggestions and ideas for both the menu and how the class could be structured, and then directed me to a list of menu items to help narrow down choices. Chef Maggie and Chef Malinda were both very organized. Chef Malinda came over to see my kitchen space and make sure everything was in working order before the class/get-together. The Chefs did all of the shopping beforehand, brought over their own kitchen equipment, and cleaned up afterwards. Having Two Chefs To Go was a stress-free & enjoyable way to entertain!!! The Chefs got rave reviews from all. I had a few girlfriends over for the class (and my husband joined later for dinner). We had different experience levels in the kitchen but the Chefs gave instruction that was suitable for all. We felt pleased with our newfound skills and had a ball in the kitchen- at times being hands on and sometimes choosing to watch the food preparation as we munched on appetizers (stuffed eggplant and cheese & mushroom tarts). Chef Maggie and Chef Malinda were both engaging and happy to answer any questions. Their passion for the culinary arts and for creating a memorable experience was evident. And the food.... ohhhh.... the food... it was heavenly!!! After the instruction portion, we sat down for the main course and dessert (veal marsala, gnocchi, and molten chocolate cake) as the chefs served us and quietly went about clean-up. They left the kitchen immaculate and our tummies elated. I am already planning on calling Two Chefs to Go for another gathering!

Chef Maggie and team did an exceptional job on our small dinner party. The food was absolutely amazing, from appetizers (Summer Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, and Fried Artichoke Hearts), to our main course (Beef Wellington and Halibut Fillet), finishing off with dessert (Creme Brulee, Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse with Salted Carmel, and a Fresh Strawberry Tartlett)! All absolutely delicious!!! Service was excellent and very accommodating. We will definitely reach out again for future events. Highly recommended!
