Patisserie at the Aria is a delightful little spot that you simply must visit! Whether you're in need of a quick coffee pick-me-up while at a conference or looking to indulge in a fancy sweet treat, this place has you covered. They also offer small soups and sandwiches, making it a versatile stop for any time of day.The pastries here are truly a highlight. From flaky croissants to decadent eclairs, each pastry is crafted with care and precision. The selection is vast, featuring everything from classic favorites to unique creations that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Be prepared for a bit of a wait in the morning and during late lunch hours, but don't worry - the line moves at a decent pace. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring you have a pleasant experience.Located conveniently next to the hotel elevators, Patisserie is easy to find. If you're walking through or heading to the Aria, definitely check it out. And a little tip: get your steps in if you plan to enjoy more than one pastry - they are deliciously huge!

As someone desperate for coffee at 4:30AM when my work calls were beginning (east coast time zone), I rushed to the 24hr cafe for coffee. I was amazed at how great the food and pastries looked that early and really wanted them all. I decided to start with coffee and come back for the food later (a mistake). The woman working behind the counter wasn't very friendly, didn't really listen to my order and acted like everything (like please add sugar free syrup) was a big ask. The coffee was OK and more in the burnt bean side. Big draw of this place is how aesthetic all of the food items look. If any other place was open really early, I'd try there instead to avoid a staff with attitude and mediocre coffee but considering the time... this was the only option. I did go back to grab pastries for when my friend woke up closer to 8am and the line was incredibly long and not worth standing in so we got breakfast elsewhere. All in all, make your way here for coffee if it's early AM hours but otherwise... find somewhere better.

I actually discovered the Patisserie back in June 2024 when I was staying at the Aria (yes, I realize it's been there since the day the casino opened but I've never been because I viewed it as overpriced pastries). That particular weekend, I was fighting some sort of cold or flu or something so I couldn't really go outside of the casino. I had enough energy to move around to at least get food and the Patisserie is close to the elevators, so I ended up here a lot. The thing I remember the most is that 1) that chocolate croissant is amazing, even if it was made offsite somewhere else and 2) the ube brioche was way better than it tasted. And I think that's why I give this place 4 stars. Service isn't anything out of the way special. You order, you pay, you get your food. Fast and efficient.Pricing...it's a Vegas hotel casino. It's going to be way more expensive for this kind of food (although I've actually had pastries MORE expensive than this in Long Beach and, while they were good, the value wasn't as good as some of the items). So I can't really knock it for what these are. Like if I'm going to pay for a croissant, I will pay money for a GOOD croissant. If I wanted something cheap and basic, I'd go to a grocery store and get those cheap multipacks. Anyways back to the pastries. I had these 3 plus their tiramisu (highly disappointed, the marscapone felt more like a very thin mousse, something, that wasn't as creamy as I hoped and the ladyfinger didn't exist). The Ube Brioche, pass. Wasn't fresh, wasn't flavorful (although it looks like it would be). Cookie, solid, reminds me of the Doubletree cookie they give you when you check in.But that croissant....I wouldn't shut up about it. What I appreciate about it is the chunk of chocolate on the inside. If you can get to a microwave, nuke it for about 10-15 seconds to let it melt on the inside and it's PERFECT.

The line for this place was ridiculous and took forever but this breakfast sandwich was a slay. Easy quick and grab breakfast for on the go! I really loved the color and retro vibes of this cafe.

Best Gelato ever. Even better when you're having gelato on a rainy night when it is freezing cold. I had a single scoop of their Mint & Chip and it was so so so delicious. Service was thumbs up and we were allowed to try a few flavors without being rushed. Can't wait to be back for more Gelato at Aria Patisserie!

Sweet(s).Aria Patisserie is a shop inside its namesake casino offering pastries, desserts, and beverages. It's located in roughly the middle of the casino floor, not far from the exit to the Vdara side. I was walking out after a less-than-stellar slots session and decided to get some treats to improve my mood.(This is a rare review without prices because neither customer nor employee thought about requesting or offering a copy of a receipt. And the lack of photos is a bit of an oversight, but it was all consumed at home anyway.)The Dulce de Leche Kouign Amann is great. Just the laminated dough with the typical sugary goodness is enough, and the gooey, caramelly filling adds another layer of fun. The Palmier is also delicious. Crispy, buttery layers with a sugary punch are what I expect, and that's what I got.The Matcha Beignet would be entirely unremarkable without the filling. The dough is not very airy or light and doesn't break down satisfyingly as you chew it. Fortunately, the matcha cream is rich in flavor and has a pleasing sweetness that's more in line with Western than Asian palates.Aria Patisserie's layout is nicer and has more obvious seating than its Bellagio cousin. They may not have a Guinness world record-setting chocolate fountain, but they do have an edible display that changes seasonally.I'll definitely consider stopping by again if I'm visiting this casino in particular. If there's one thing I can generally rely on for consistency on the Vegas Strip, it's the patisseries.

Aria Patisserie is my guilty pleasure when I'm in Vegas and craving some yummy desserts. Located inside the Aria, next to guest elevators. All items are beautifully displayed and inviting. The amount of pastries and ice cream flavors available is plentiful. My go to is usually the Nutella crepe and/or cookies and cream ice cream. The potions are generous, so you can easily split between 2 people. Customer service is usually good. Of course expect to spend some serious $$$. But with this being Vegas, that should come as no surprise.I'ma lready looking forward to my next visit!

What's not to like about a patisserie? I stopped by here a few times to grab a coffee and pastry while attending the conference. They have a large selection of cakes, pastries, as well as breakfast items and crepes. I got a chocolate cake that was pretty rich and delicious. The portion was huge; I shared it with 2 other friends, and we could barely finish it.They also have a large display of decor made of cakes and pastries, which is pretty impressive. Last year, I visited close to the F1 race, and they had a display of an F1 race car made of cake; this year it was a Halloween-themed decor. The place is open 24/7 and is convenient to grab a quick coffee or snack.

I was blown away by the quality of Aria Patisserie! I tried the French flan, opera cake, mixed berry croissant, Paris-Brest, kouign-amann, and lemon cookie, and everything was absolutely incredible. The flan was perfectly cooked, the opera cake had rich layers of chocolate and coffee, and the croissant was laminated to perfection. That lemon cookie? So tangy and creamy, plus it looked gorgeous.Prices are super reasonable ($8-$14), and they even have a great tea selection. I never expected to find pastries this good in Vegas, but Aria really nailed it with their patisserie program.
