We got the sliders (3/17/24- was the last day for this promo special) for $1.00 each in the APP, so YUP, I downloaded the APP. I noticed that the size was smaller, maybe the buns were smaller, I don't know. It was alright, since we also got the curly fries for $1.00 (*higher pricing for other sizes*). I got the buffalo chicken slider, and it was good, but it was messy. And I was sure to wash my hands, very well. (Hubby also went to Taco Bell for his reward.) A major change to the sliders, is that is it only four flavors: chicken, buffalo chicken, roast beef, jalapeno roast beef. The arby sauce and the horsey sauce is good for me. Hubby only likes arby sauce. And stringbean likes it too. Inflation's a bummer, so we are being especially picky with where we eat every weekend. It's averaging once a weekend, but it used to be more, but things change. I like that there is a 2/$6.00 deal (fish sandwiches- two kinds, and the roast beef). I would still like to try it, but if memory serves me, it was good the last time that we had them.

Lazy weekend dinner @ Arby's ;)Ordered their fish burger with a side of fries and a drink! The fish fillet was hot and crispy but the burger bun was extremely soft and it got a little mushy with all the mayo/lettuce inside it. It kept breaking and got messy :/ They have a variety of sauces but I only liked their spicy and mustard sauce. Arby's ketchup had a flavour of clove in it which I wasn't a fan of and they also had a horsey sauce, LOL! Dint like that too.. The place was very hygienic, they also have a bell on the way out to rate the experience of food. I definitely did ring the bell as I enjoyed their food but also out of excitement;) I had too. Hahah !!

Missing my fries. And also the other beef and cheddar we ordered was missing the chedder. Welp.. not very good service I guess. We didn't eat inside, but the ambiance was a little sketchy offering at night through the drive thru.

I come to arbys every once in awhile, and would come to this one when I lived close by. Now that I've moved back to the area. I gave it a shot this afternoon. The cashier that greeted me was nice and friendly. I always get 2 jalapeño sliders, crinkle fry and a drink. That came out to $12. When I sat down to eat, and opened up the wrap, I noticed there was a new bun for the sliders. The old bun consisted of thick bread that was similar to a biscuit texture. The new bun looks as though they went up the road to Smiths grocery. It was small, and smashed. The jalapeños still had their kick and it was hot. The crinkle cut fries were good. I understand changing things, but when you change by charging more and taking away quality, then why should current customers keep coming back?

I rarely go to Arby's because things just keep getting worse ! The one on West Flamingo and Jones is remodeling and that is the closest location for me . I've only had one problem with them a couple years ago . I went to one on Durango and had a big problem with them a few months ago and I saw on Yelp they have lots of problems at that location . I came here 2 months ago , no problem . Tonight I went and ordered a Smokehouse Brisket with fries and a drink . I get home and noticed , yep , looks like hardly any meat on it . Seems to be the new norm for Arby's , we got the meat my butt . I took a couple bites and I'm like something isn't right . I look and only 2 small onion straws ! Really ! Are you kidding me . I bet they were almost out , so instead of making more they just put the 2 on it . It's literally one of the most expensive sandwiches and that's what I get . I've had it . I will never go to Arby's again . I'm tired of getting cheated . At the Durango location I got a Double Beef n Cheddar to come home and find the meat of a Jr Roast Beef with some Cheddar on it . I got a free coupon for my birthday 2 years ago for free fries and a milk shake and I ordered some other food and got home and looked at receipt and they charged me for both. It even had coupon on receipt , but $0 taken off . The Durango location was so rude also when I went there , no wonder they screwed up my order . I included a picture also of my $7 Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich . The only thing I can say Positive is both times the Drive Thru Cashiers at this location were friendly and quick .

I had an infuriating experience as a result of a trip to the Fort Apache/Tropicana drive-thru. The first issue occurred when I was handed a drink carrier with 3 large drinks. While holding the carrier, I reached into my wallet to hand my credit card to the cashier when I noticed that my hand was wet. I looked down and saw that the soda I was given was overflowing and started to leak through the top of the lid, down my hand and onto my center console. I was trying to hold the flimsy cardboard carrier with one hand while quickly fishing around the bag for napkins. Had to ask for extras to blot and wipe up the soda then I had to pull into a parking space to clean up the mess. The second issue happened when I came home and reached for the bag of food. I picked it up and the bag ripped completely open! Both of the large fries spilled out all over my passenger seat and floor mat, leaving very large and noticeable grease stains. The employee who packaged my order had stuffed a French Dip sandwich, cup of au jus, Wagyu burger and two large orders of fries all in the same bag! My entire order! Seriously Arby's...seriously?! This is why the bag ripped apart, it's absolutely ridiculous that my order was not packaged appropriately for its size and now my seat is ruined.I have reached out twice and received no response. Clearly, Arby's doesn't care about their customers and can't be bothered. Is it a company-wide practice to ignore all of your customers or only the ones with claims of damages?

I just have to preface this by saying I LOVE me some Arby's! Way back in the 90's I used to enjoy Arby's all the time! Well, I haven't lived near an Arby's location since I moved from North Las Vegas...roughly 8 years ago! We were in this area today and happened to see it and decided to grab some! It's freakin' Arby's. If you liked them before, then you will probably like them now. We grabbed a pair of Double Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. They're gooey, messy, and oh so tasty! I missed having those so much! lol The big catch here is the pricing. Whoa! Talk about sticker shock! Our sandwiches alone were $5.99 each and if you wanted fries and a drink to make it a combo then you are talking $8.99 each. Those prices have gone WAY up from what I can remember.Yikes!I love their food, but at that price point, it will remain a once-in-a-blue-moon option.2 stars.t's good, but not for what they are charging.

I just left the business. I asked if there was any one at the counter. The answer was a lazy "no".If they were closed they should have a sign out and doors locked, right?

The service was fine, but when we finally got the food (Mac and cheese balls) it was disgusting and all of use ended up throwing up.
