I discovered this place after taking a sourdough class here, and I'm in love! This is where my love of white and balsamic vinegars came from. They have many flavors of olive oils on one wall and vinegars on the other wall. You can get the bottles in several sizes, and if you bring back one of their bottles for a refill on any of their oils and vinegars, you get $1 off the base price. They also have small travel/gift sizes of all the flavors, though you can't refill those. Additionally, you can sample all the flavors before you buy! There are cups nexts to each flavor where you can sample all the flavors, and each flavor has a product description of what foods and flavors pair well with it. So far, my favorite vinegars are the Kaimana Lychee, Peach, and Balsamic Fig, and I'm a huge fan of the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil for my at-home breads. Sometimes they will release new flavors as well. They also have a rewards program, and I was able to get some new spouts that way.Employee is very friendly and is probably used to seeing my face since I go back for refills. I highly recommend their products!

I came to Arbosana for a community event, not even thinking twice about the venue, but I left absolutely OBSESSED with them! During the event, they offered us samples of their oil and vinegars, which were absolutely delightful. I walked out with small sizes of their orange olive oil and their umeboshi plum white vinegar, and I seriously wished I picked up the bigger bottles. What stuck out to me is how fresh their oils are - they are from the most recent harvest, at a prime time of the harvest season. They also test their olive oil for its antioxidant content and only sell oils that meet a higher-than-minimum standard of antioxidants. We love the precision! These oils are WAY healthier (and tastier!) than what you'd pick up at the grocery store or many of those influencer olive oils that are out right now. Their balsamic vinegars are also packed with probiotics! My newest favorite preparation, which they showed us in store, was adding their vinegar to sparkling water. The umeboshi plum vinegar is tart, but SO naturally sweet. It gives a flavored sparkling water, kombucha vibe! If I served it to someone, they'd probably have no idea they were drinking vinegar. It's a fun, fresh way to get your probiotics in for the day. Also, they host events in their space, so if you have a game night or organization meeting to host, this might be a good venue to consider. I am already making plans to come back! Thank you, Joanna and Derek, for the awesome experience.

My friend and I signed up for the Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar Tasting at this store in February. This was one of the best classes I have ever attended and I learned so much about olive oil and how it can improve your health. The class began at 11:00am and it was a full class. The classes run twice a month and the cost was only $40. We were all sat at tables with the information and the utensils we would need for the tasting. Our incredible instructor was Derek Chan - Olive Oil Enthusiast.First Derek provided us with a background of Arbosana Olive Oil. He explained that they only carry the freshest and highest polyphenol olive oils the world has to offer. Derek went onto explain where the olive oils are harvested and how they select the olive oils they carry in the store. We tasted a total of four olive oils. Yes, we took slurps (important to note that you do not sip olive oil, you slurp it.The first one was the IT Nocellara 311 and I felt it was very mild with a peppery taste. The second one was one to throw us off - Trader Joes (Ha! Ha!), the third was Chilean Frantoio 523 which had notes of fig, and fresh hops. A nice earthy taste too. The last olive oil we tried was the Portugal Lentrisca 613. This was my favorite as it was so robust and buttery. Once we completed the tasting of the olive oil, we moved to the Balsalmic Vinegar tasting. Before we began this tasting, we enjoyed a delicious palate cleanser. It consisted of Seltzer water, naval oranges, Umeboshi Plum White Vinegar. This drink was so refreshing. Once we all drank this concoction we were served some very scrumptious dishes created and served by Derek's lovely wife Joanne. I was very surprised that they fed us as well. This class just got better and better.Course 1 - Mixed greens, croutons made with Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. So fresh and I could have made a meal just with the croutons!Course 2 - Chickpeas, onion, Harissa Infused Olive Oil, mint and cilantro. This was absolutely outstanding. This dish had a little heat and I loved it.Course 3 - Mozzarella pearl, Basil Infused Olive Oil, Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil Grilled Cheese Mascarpone and Lychee White Balsamic Vinegar. Oh my, this was a heavenly bite.Course 4 - Vanilla Ice Cream, Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar, Naval Orange fused Olive Oil on a Brownie. This was the most delicious dessert yet so simple to make.Did you know that some olive oils fight heart disease and cognitive decline? The main reason for this is the polyphenol called oleocanthal. Tests have been conducted and it was found that the olecanthal demonstrates an ability to rinse out amyloids (the plaque that forms in Alzheimers. Along with the class, the store carries many varieties of olive oil and balsamic vinegars at various price points. This isn't grocery store olive oil so plan to spend a little more but just think how great you will feel.A truly great way to spend a Saturday morning. A big thank you to Derek and Joanne for this educational opportunity.

My girlfriend and I randomly popped in as we were walking towards one of the coffee shops and we were pleasantly surprised. Arbosana had a vast selection of different flavor olive oils and balsamic vinaigrettes. The store associate was incredibly helpful and explained how to use different combinations for certain cooking and mixing the white balsamic vinaigrettes with seltzer water for probiotics or ice cream. We tried different samples and left happy with our purchases. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to buy your foodie friend some high end infused olive oils and vinegars. I specifically loved the herbs de province oil and apple vinegar pairing. Derek and his mom, Stella, are super friendly and knowledgeable about all their products and are generous with their samples. Bought a bottle of lychee balsamic and will be back to buy and try even more!
