Wow, what an amazing repair company!! A few days ago, our dishwasher stopped working. The dishwasher was making non-stop sounds, but the panel wasn't working. Calling a few appliance repair specialists through a Yelp search, Appliance Repair Experts were one of the first companies to schedule an on-site visit for the same day!!I was really impressed with how quickly Appliance Repair Experts were able to get us on the schedule! Ernesto came out to the house. There was an approximate $99.00 initial consultation fee that is waived with the repairs. Ernesto was able to diagnose the problem and came out the next day with the repair part! He was able to get our Bosch dishwasher up and running within an hour! The customer service here is amazing!! I'd highly recommend Appliance Repair Experts if you're looking for a company that can fix a dishwasher!

If I could give negative stars I would. I truly have nothing nice or great to say about them. from the moment the tech showed up at my home until the "estimate" came, was an absolute fucking joke. Tech shows up to look at my freezer, quite literal opens the freezer, touches 1 thing, gets on his phone to text, google, idfk but then tells me "it's going to be expensive". He looked at it for all of 5-7 seconds and closed the door so I asked him what exactly was wrong and he said "these have known issues, its warped and missing a screw (like im blind)". So, I again asked "ok, well what is the known issue, what causes it, whats warped", to which he STILL couldn't tell me, but he certainly told me that "the parts usually come in bundle but they no longer bundle so they would have to be purchased individually and it is going to be a lot". So I am being told that the problem is going to cost me out the ass but you don't know what the problem is. Fastforward, I get the estimate for over $800 and its laughable at best, so I google it and tons of people are saying its ice/frost build up and can be fixed with a hair dryer.. GUESS WHAT... less than 30 min later my shit is put back together and working perfectly.For ANY woman thinking of using them or have used them in the past, proceed with caution because how tf are you going to quote me for a whole new ice maker when my 4 year old $15 hair dryer fixed the issue? Do your research because the art of taking advantage of women is REAL. Luckily they got the right one! oh and if anyone chooses to question the legitimacy... pics are here as well. YOUR WELCOME!

They answered their phone and showed up to the appointment my wife requested. The tech replaced the pump in our washing machine and it now works fine. I would be leaving 5 stars however this came at the price of over $500. We had no choice as we were leaving for vacation the next morning and she had laundry to get done. The tech clearly took advantage of my wife. Charging $150 for a $22 part and almost $400 for less than an hr or work. I'm speechless that's absolutely robbery. They got my money and fixed my washer but lost a customer.

Wow these guys saved my day today!!! After a horrible experience with CPR repair. I called they were here in less than 2hrs, polite, apologetic for the situation that had nothing to do with them. He had my dryer going in less then hour. He cleaned everything up including taking my lint trap completely off and cleaning it. I dont remember when or if ever I've had service like this in Vegas! When he left he said, do a load of laundry if for some reason it doesn't work call me and I will be here tomorrow to find out why. Call these guys, you will not regret it.

They followed through and were very dependable and reliable. I especially appreciated how detailed they were with explaining everything to me and my washing machine worked beautifully after they were done. I didn't go to them first, which I regretted after I got treated so well by them. I know exactly who to go to next time I have an appliance that needs help!

Carl did my repair best customer service, good prices for original parts! I'll be for sure calling him next time.

Company set a 12-4 window then the tech called at 10;30 to say he was headed over when I said we weren't there yet because of the window given he said ok I'll come later and didn't show up or call. Unprofessional as hell and IProbably dodged a bullet if their repairs mirror the customer service.

Friendly staff and they are very reliable.. Julie is the best! She make sure that she answer what I asked regarding the parts that I need for my appliances. Best service!

I highly recommend Appliance Repair Experts. They sent the technician out to our home the same day we called for service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined that the control board for our freezer needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and installed within 2 days from the initial visit. I was impressed with the communication between the technician and us with the status of part availability. Now our freezer is working perfectly. The overall experience and cost for the repair were great. We felt the cost of the service was quite reasonable. This company is legit and cares about its customers.Once again, I highly recommend you consider this company for appliance repairs.
