We bought $54,000 of new appliances from this company in the summer of 2024 and they were installed a few months ago. All GE monogram (2x fridges, 3x ovens, range w/griddle, microwave, ice maker), 1 hood vent and 1 large floor to ceiling wine fridge. The sales rep was TERRIBLE and provided us with incorrect information on the fridges/freezers and wine fridge. Both fridges have been serviced 3x and 1 of them completely failed last Saturday (6 days ago). I think the 2nd fridge/freezer is going to fail. Cheese is moldy, carrots and celery are limp, freezer meat freezer burned, etc. All of which I have been complaining about since day 1. Although Christina is responsive, there are no service appointments until next week. We are STILL without one of our fridge/freezer and ai believe the second is failing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they take no responsibility once they deliver.

I'm very happy with the service from here. Tiffany kept me updated through the challenges of the Supply Chain. I'm so happy to get my Viking refrigerator. I highly recommend Appliance by Design.
