Tlayuda was so yummy and such a great price! It's about a 30 minute drive for me but it's so worth it! Also got their mole and it taste exactly how my mom makes it which was fantastic! Definitely coming coming back

I had seen this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. While in New York, I tried a Tlayuda for the first time at a Michelin restaurant so my expectations were through the roof since it was probably one of the best tasting food items I have ever tried. Of course at the restaurant in New York, it was super gourmet and here i saw it was more street like so I went in excited to try it. We ordered the Tlayuda Mixta, Molotes, Horchata, TeJate de Cacao, and a Memela censilla. The horchata was super good!!! The nieve de tuna they add on is great! My partner ordered the Te Jate de cacao and i tried it and it's definitely a different taste, I would not get it myself but it was ok. The Tlayuda was obviously different than the one I had in NY, hmm it was something I'd probably not order again, but glad I tried it! The Molotes were probably my favorite, i loved the chorizo con papas inside. The memela was nothing special, but just good. Overall I'm glad I tried this place, there was nothing that stood out that would make me want to go back. The man who was helping us seemed like the owner and what seemed like his young kids helping him, so my heart goes out to a hard working family! I always love supporting small family owned businesses. It does seem a little pricey for what it is, but I would definitely recommend everyone to try it at least once!

This was my first time trying Oaxaca food. We were greeting by a man working late, he was very kind and hospitable. We requested to go because they were closing soon. He insisted not to worry and enjoy the food fresh if we wanted to eat there. Since we had never tried their food we ordered the tacos del valle, memelas, chicken mole empanada, and the tlayuda. We also ordered an horchata which they topped with homemade strawberry sorbet. Jamaica and a cold atole drink. Everything was incredible, I loved trying the new flavors. The cheese and meats are definitely high quality. I love that they use black beans. Trying the cheese alone was amazing also. Inside was very lowkey, small and you feel like their family when they serve you.

Delicious, traditional, well-made Oaxacan food! I absolutely loved the molotes. Molotes are masa corn dough filled with potatoes and chorizo. They are fried and topped off with black beans, cheese, greens, and salsa. A staple of my childhood and this restaurant made them so well. It reminded me of exactly how my grandma makes them. It's all I tried and I ordered take-out. Next time, I'll be sure to stop in and try more from their menu. Especially since they arrived well-presented and hot. Not too oily!!

I've ordered the barbacoa by the pound and tlayudas here, and they've always been tasty! Highly recommend checking them out, they're a family run restaurant and the ambiance is always friendly when I come by. Can't speak to the service dining in, but the food's always done on time when placing to-go orders.

Ok!! Entiendo que los productos son de Oaxaca y que los costos son altos pero las porciones están muy lejos de corresponder al precio!! No es que uno quiera las cosas gratis! Pero tampoco pueden abusar!! Yo solo digo...

I got norovirus from this restaurant. Normally I would refrain from leaving a bad review if it's based on food taste alone. But I can't just not say anything, not tell other people, that I got sick here. That being said, since I'm leaving a review, the carne asada burrito was the worst tasting asada burrito I've ever had. The meat had a microwaved taste to it, and the other ingredients had a gray indistinguishable taste to go with it.I got sick, was unwell for two days. You should know about it.

Newly opened mexican food that specialized in southern mexican cuisine. Owners are really sweet, the food is good, and the restaurant is clean. I wanted to show my support for a new local Las vegas restaurant
