I loveee this market and restaurant! they have most my childhood snacks and foods as they are indo-European/European ( i haven't been able to find them NO where except where i'm originally from!!) , they also have the BEST halal meats! they look so organic and healthy compared to the typical markets... not only that you can taste the difference and quality when you cook it, i promise no other meat will compare to halal meat and especially from this place. Oh and let's not talk about their amazing prices ! Their restaurant is located right across from their market and i highly recommend trying it out as all their cooked meats are also halal from their market and very healthy! This has now became my favorite little market and i can't get enough :) It seems like it is family owned and everyone is so nice and kind !

My husband and I came and had a meal. Plenty of space, tv's to watch any games. The server, Alex, was incredibly friendly and food was ready quickly. We ordered a chicken schwarma sandwich which was delicious and big enough for us to split. We also got a side of hummus (housemade and really tasty). The hummus came with pita to dip. We got a side of falafel, as well. Everything was really yummy, but the chicken schwarma sandwich was our favorite. We tried some drinks. A pomegranate basil seed drink that is like yummy kool-aid with basil seeds that give it a boba sensation. The original flavor yogurt drink tastes like liquified Greek yogurt and is an acquired taste. Overall, we can't wait to come again.

Came here looking for a chicken shawarma wrap. I thought they were closed because the place was empty. I didn't see it on the menu, but the person behind the counter was nice enough to explain it's the sandwich version on menu. Excited, I quickly ordered it. Plenty of place to sit. They even have a back room with hookahs and chess. How fun, but I came to eat. My lunch arrived and the shawarma came wrapped in foil and cut in half. First bite hit the spot. Reminds me a little of my fav shawarma spot on Haight in SF. Wonderful. I wolfed it down. My only wish would be if it was heftier and more filling. I could have eaten three of these.

Don't go anywhere else for great middle eastern food. Just come here and be thankful. I've been getting food here for years and my LOVES the chicken shawarma sandwich. I like just about excreting else here. Also, the guys that run the place are super nice and chill.

Afandi is a Mediterranean restaurant offering fresh made entrees, appetizers, salads and deserts. It's unique as they have a hookah lounge room in the back with TVs to sit and enjoy, done, eat and drink while watching a game or movie! The place was clean with plenty of tables and space to eat. Alex took our order, was friendly and provided nice service. We ordered the combo plate which came with deliciously seasoned beef and chicken kabobs served on a bed of saffron rice. Accompanied by a side of hummus, parsley salad, middle eastern pickles and pita bread. You can mix your meats up if you like and order any combo of beef, chicken and lamb! All the meat is halal here as well. They also have nice vegan options so there's something delicious for everyone here. Their "toum" garlic dip made from fresh garlic and premium olive oil is a favorite and goes fantastic with the meat but even better with their fries! You have to try it as it's like no others in these parts!

The food here is really good even have a market right next-door to them. My favorite thing from them was the saffron rice and the baklava. The service was amazing. The people were very nice and friendly. The ambience were just like a quick grab and go. You can also dine in, but don't prefer it as a date night more just like hang out and eat, but overall really good food a great place to try out new foods as well

This is only a review of the market. The fresh made sujuk is absolutely the best I have ever tried. The prepped meats were delicious and the quality of the meat was fantastic. The chicken breast was tender and juicy. Overall a great market for supplies and a great stop in vegas on your way to better places.

I ordered quite a bit of food to be catered for a couple dozen people at a birthday party and Alex and Haidar took great care of me and got everything out correctly and on time. Got chicken and beef skewers, rice, and the cucumber tomato salad. Everyone at the party greatly enjoyed the food.

Love this place, best place in Vegas hand down. When the food and the people are amazing it make you feel like family every time you come. I'm there at least twice a month for the last 3 years or so.
