Signs on door discouraging customers but no business sign!
No logo and representative lied and said the building is vacant they all work remote. This is their address.

The screws removed by tech at ADA. Don't have this incompetent people do anything in your home.
Advertised address... they were in there despite lying about their location.
Note: ADA sent this text. 2 weeks later a different repair company slides the oven out 6" with one-hand on the 1st try!

They were assigned to us by Old Republic Home Protection for our broken ice maker through our home warranty. I looked at reviews and just saw all the awful ones and was worried. They scheduled an appointment and the technician confirmed what I knew and they said they'd order the new icemaker and it would be a few weeks. I saw I could order the part on Amazon prime and have it shipped quickly, so I expected that estimate to be shorter. I was several weeks for them to get it and call to fix. They came out yesterday and swapped it out. It is working fine and making ice. I thought it took much longer than it should from start to finish so I'd really give a 4.5 stars for this job. My cost to replace would have been $250 and doing it myself and the home warranty was $110 trade call fee and someone else took care of it and took a little longer.

If assigned to you by your Home Warranty company, immediately request someone else. I found out that once they come to your home they will not assign another contractor. My Dishwasher leaks after it runs for about 40 minutes. The tech came out to the house and we told him that it leaks after 40 minutes. He ran it for 5 minutes, said it was not leaking and left. 35 minutes later it was leaking again. He came out again and tried to do the same thing before admitting there was a leak.They came out a third time and replaced the seal around the door. After running the dishwasher for exactly 41 minutes is was leaking again.This company is incompetent's.

By any means, stay away from this company. American home Shield recommended me and referred me to this place, absolutely horrendous. Don't ever ever ever ever ever ever hire this company to fix anything for you. My dryer has been broken for two weeks and they are making me go in circles. I highly highly highly do not recommend these guys. Stay away. They recommended me to get my dryer cleaned out, my vent cleaned out and my dryer is still broken. It's been two weeks. Stay away from this place.

If you need appliance repair, don't choose ADA. If your home warranty assigns you ADA, call and request someone else right away. My LG dishwasher had an error code come up at the end of every cycle. The LG technical support clearly states its the motor that pushes water through the arms to clean is bad and needs replaced. I gave them that error code when making the ticket with my warranty company (AHS) on July 17th. ADA called and made an appointment for July 26th. That's a week, but I was leaving town for a few days, so I was ok with that. Then, while out of town, they sent a text stating they had to reschedule and the soonest was August 1st. Again, I'm ok with that. The tech shows up and I told him the same thing I told AHS and the ADA dispatcher, he just nods his head and says it's the motor (Duh, I told you that) and they have to order the part. Ok, fine. Being that before he even showed up, they knew what part was needed. The next day, I get a text that the part has arrived and they need to schedule an appointment. That text came in on Friday August 2nd at 4:56PM. The same text says I have to pull the dishwasher completely out and send photos before an appointment can be set. As I am typing my response, I get a text that they are closed at 5:00PM and to try again on Monday. They refused to even set an appointment without proof that the dishwasher was pulled out. They referred me back to AHS to have someone pull the dishwasher out. AHS tried contacting ADA, but no one would answer. I tried to speak to upper management, but was only given an email address. I emailed, and as you can guess, I received no response. Finally after going back and forth with AHS, I was refunded my service fee and referred to another repair company.

Don't even bother with this company. They are HORRIBLE!!! My husband and I are seniors and they expected us to move a stacked large capacity washer and dryer! We finally managed to pull them out, but Nooooo! Take the dryer off the top! WHAT??!! WHY??!! You only need access to the back of the washer. I don't understand! WOW!! They SUCK!!! And the fact that American home shield uses them attests to the fact that they are both CRIMINALS!

Been waiting almost 6 weeks for my washer to be fixed. They have been out 3 times and still haven't fixed it. The amount of money spent at the laundry mat I could have bought a new washer. They have ordered 3 different parts and still haven't fixed it. The customer service is just as awful. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this business.

I been waiting for over 5 weeks for a washer repair. Saying we needed to order another part then come the 15th they need to order another part. This company is not only do they do not know what they are doing just guessing ordering part after part and nothing has been installed. I'm am stuck with this company due to home warranty. Stay away!! They are trash!!

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They've been out 3 times to fix the same issue, yet it remains unresolved. The technician never bothers to check if the problem is actually fixed, and that's on me for not verifying before he leaves.Communication was also a huge issue-he was very hard to understand. Customer service is equally awful. I called five times: the first time, I was hung up on, and every other time, it went to a voicemail with a simple 'Hello', like it was a prank. This company is a complete joke. I do not recommend them at all.
