The entire experience was pleasant, professional, and overall stellar. From the initial call to schedule with a surprising next day availability; through them taking our old appliance away. The removal of our microwave/oven unit was done quickly and efficiently. The installation of our new unit was seamless. They tested to ensure it was working and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for any appliance assistance. I know we will call on them should we need anything in the future.

The icemaker in my GE/Monogram refrigerator was broken. Tony came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and took care of it. He was competent, professional, and honest. The trip charge was a bit high, $195, but he credited it against the work he did. I highly recommend Absolute Appliance Services.

I am happy with the service received.On Thursday, I did a load of laundry and my dryer worked. Friday morning, I did another load of laundry, but the dryer didn't work.I called around; the first few companies I spoke with were already booked into the following week.When I called "Absolute Applicance Services" (on this occasion) they were able to give me a Saturday appointment.The technician called to let me know when he was on the way (about a 30-minute lead time); he showed up within the appointment window given to me the previous day. He was neat and professional in appearance; and he was able to diagnose and repair my machine quickly. The cost for the service call and parts were also very reasonable (per my previous experiences).

Dryer started making a strange noise. I went to call a company we had previously used and their reviews dropped to one star. We decided to give absolute appliance a try and they did not disappoint.Justin was polite and honest with his repairs. He fixed the problem and even cleaned up his mess.

Our refrigerator started making a lot of noise one night, then the next day it wasn't cooling as well. The freezer was fine, but we quickly realized that something wasn't right. I've used Absolute Appliance Services several times over the years and they have always been responsive and up front with us. So they were our first call! They came on time as scheduled and diagnosed the issue. In this particular case, we decided not to complete the repair and will buy a new unit - but we appreciated the professionalism and information.

Absolute Appliance is my go-to appliance repair company and it should be yours too!My 30 year old SubZero stopped making ice. I called Absolute as I have done in the past whenever I needed an appliance repair. I got an appointment for the next day. Tony came out, and diagnosed the problem right away. Water was getting to the ice maker but no ice was being made. I needed a new ice maker - Tony went out to his truck and came back with the part. Imagine a company having a 30 year old replacement part on the truck! Tony was in and out in about half an hour - repair totally done. Today I have ice cubes galore! Thanks, Tony!Don't look anywhere else if you need your appliance repaired - Absolute is the best!

I found out that my dryer was not heating and called Absolute Appliance Services 2 minutes before they closed. They actually answered and booked an appointment for the next day. Justin called me promptly and arrived on time. He was absolutely the best technician I have encountered, EVER. He was knowledgable and courteous. Justin found the issue so quickly and showed me the problem. He fixed it right away and to make everything actually perfect, the price was so reasonable. I will FOREVER, use Absolute Appliance Services because of Justin, customer service plus the good price. These are things that I just don't see anymore in this day and age. Thank you so much and I will be recommending you to my co-workers, friends and family.

I have got to say these guys are top notch!! Tony and Roman are outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I had my Viking refrigerator completely rebuilt a few months ago and of course one of the new Viking parts failed. They were quick to respond and ordered the new part and got me up and running in no time and no hesitation. May I also add that the young ladies that answer the phones are extremely nice and sweet. I wish all companies had the same customer service as Absolute. Thanks again!!
