Absinthe is an outrageous, high-energy mix of belly-busting comedy, jaw-dropping acrobatics. With plenty of revealing skin! The talent is top-tier, with incredible performers from around the world. My wife and I made friends in the front row as we were handed a Gallagher-style plastic sheet to protect us during one of the wild performances. This was just part of the unpredictable fun! The humor is raunchy and unfiltered, making it a show not for the easily offended but absolutely perfect for those looking for a wild Vegas night. A must-see!

With as many times as we've been to Vegas, this is one of the few shows we just hadn't found the time to see, until now. First, it's one of the more expensive shows currently running in Vegas. it's not usually available from Tix4Tonight or as they are called, Tix4Vegas. Second, it's very adult-themed. In fact, it's downright raunchy. To the core. You probably won't like this show if you're not in the mood. The MC is hysterical. Almost a Don Rickles/Joan Rivers-type banter with the audience. And if you ever saw Don Rickles live and uncensored, he was pretty bad. If you sit in the lower section of the tent, expect to be singled out. And if you WANT to be singled out, wear something funky that stands out. The many acts to follow are all pretty impressive, but also a good mix of comedy and serious acrobatics. I think I remember seeing one of the acts on America's Got Talent, but not 100% sure. Now, I meant it when I said it was raunchy. There was one recurring bit that I felt went a little too far, and I think the audience did as well because it wasn't generating the laughter some of the other bits were getting. I'm assuming the show is constantly updating itself and adjusting as needed so I don't know how long that joke had been in the show, but it did make me a little uncomfortable. At the same time, I guess the cast doesn't really care because they tell you upfront what to expect. Now for the logistics. There's a bar in the front of the tent which appears to be open to everyone. They don't scan your tickets until you get inside the tent. The seating is a hodgepodge of various chairs. They get massive credit for the chairs getting taller as you reach the back of each section so you can still see if someone sits in front of you. Depending on which chair you get, depends on how comfortable you are. Also, expect to get very close to a person sitting next to you as they are crammed in there. We did have a problem with our tickets being double sold (how in the world does that even happen with Ticketmaster??), but they were able to find us different seats. We were in the back row, which I think it's better because you can see everything without having to strain your neck to look up, but my particular seat, had a light fixture directly in front of me which blocked the view of things happening up high. It wasn't bad, just annoying. Overall though, it was a really great show. Some serious gutwrenching laughter, and a lot of fun.

Welcome to another world in the Big Top. Enter the Green Fairy Garden and then enter the world of Absinthe. Stayed at Caesar's with the extended family over Super Bowl weekend. Walked with my nonagenarian FIL to check on tickets prices. He wanted to keep playing Blackjack, so I walked him back to the Casino, but I wanted to see a show so....I bought tickets for a show that was something completely different. Make way for the risqué. Cirque du burlesque. Bearded ladies swinging overhead. Men in suits, then not in suits balancing in their briefs. Don't sit in the front row unless you want to be part of the show. You may get a lap dance for a milestone birthday from other patrons who got voluntold to join the circus acts for a bottle of bubbly. From jugglers juggling rolls of TP and open water bottles to strong men flexing their 12 packs to ladies balancing on poles in lingerie, it is a wild show. I got a ticket at the back of the show, but got a free upgrade to sit in the midst of the chaos three chairs from the stage. So much fun, but honesty, I'm sort of glad my FIL went back to the casino!! Come with an open mind.

After eating at Hell's Kitchen we walked over to grab our seats for the Absinthe show. When you walk in it's a circus tent with a high ceiling and chairs all over in a circular formation. Since the stage is circular pretty much every seat in the venue is a good seat because you see everything and the performers do a great job of making themselves be seen. The hosts were hilarious with raunchy adult humor which we loved. Some of the acts were sexy, fun, hilarious, dazzling, and just pure entertainment. These performers are truly talented and their physical abilities are insane. I only posted a quick video because I don't want to give away or spoil any of the show. This is a unique show and in a league all in its own. If you have the opportunity to see this show don't miss out on it!

This was my first legit show in Vegas. I had always wanted to go to a show and I am so glad this was my first one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a bunch of friendly faces and had this girl I think her name was Clarissa came up to us and get drinks for us. She was so amazing. My wife loved her. We had one of drinks with absinthe in it. It was pretty good. I've had absent before. It's not for everyone. The drinks weren't cheap, but it was worth the experience. In the garden, there were several things to do some stuff to eat and I think there was a speakeasy, but we got there a little late so as soon as we got our drinks, we were able to head right in to the tent. Once we got in we they have a popcorn maker right up front. That was kind of cool to have some popcorn and watch the show. Seating is pretty interesting like a bunch of high top bar chairs. It's very cozy. I literally had the worst seat in the house and I still had a great view and had a great time it was well worth it. We sat in the very back and I think it was good for viewing the show. Maybe somewhere in the middle rows would optimal. The people at the very front you'd be looking up the whole time but also your fair game to get made fun of get water splashed on you so if you're up for that then go ahead. This show had everything it was so amazing and the host and his copart were probably my favorite part of the show. Their raunchy humor and banter was great. All the acts were unbelievable. The people were very acrobatic and just did unbelievable things I could see why this is the best show in Vegas. Book your tickets early they go fast. We lollygagged and ended up getting like the last couple seats for the early show. The late shows book up quicker.

I went into this show knowing it would be super raunchy, but some of the jokes were a bit cruder than I expected--definitely not something to watch with your parents, lol. That said, we loved the variety of talented acts. It's like a sexy Cirque du Soleil, but far more intriguing. The MC and his assistant kept the audience entertained between acts while the stage was being set up. Here's a tip: sitting in the front row might not be the best idea. During one segment, a couple was pulled on stage for a lap dance, and the wife's visibly annoyed reaction was absolutely hilarious. Also, there's a chance of getting wet if you're seated up front. They do provide a large plastic cover, but trying to stay dry can distract you from fully enjoying the show. The venue itself is a cozy tent, and we sat in the second-to-last row. Despite the tight seating--elbow-to-elbow with our neighbors--we had a great view of everything (yes, including the surprise appearance of a certain appendage on stage). We chose the 5 PM Saturday show in November to save a few bucks since tickets are pricey. After the show, we had a delicious dinner at No Pants in the Green Fairy Garden just outside, which rounded out a fun and memorable evening.

Las Vegas entertainment in very raunchy form. Be warned...probably not the show you bring your folks to.. Lots of comedy, mainly around the topic of sex. Also, if you're very sensitive to politics or get offended easily...also probably not for you. That being said -- my husband and I laughed throughout and enjoyed the humor for what it was. I asked my husband to get tickets to Absinthe for my birthday this year (late November). I left thinking "Oh that was fun, but I don't need to do it ever again." I was kind of disappointed...I'm not sure what I expected.....honestly, with the whole "green fairy" bit, I thought it would be more Moulin Rouge themed or at least have way more burlesque....this show has zero storyline. It's just a variety show that hops around all over the place with sex jokes in between acrobatics. If you sit in the front row -- prepare to be roasted. The acrobatics were cool...But, I've seen better shows around the strip for less on the price tag...that being said, still a fun experience...Once was definitely enough though. The "circus tent" the show is held in however is insanely cool. I could spend all day looking at all the details they put into the decor. Major props to whomever did the stage design.

This is my second time seeing the show, with the first being 3 years ago, and both times were unique and fun! They have different acts at different points in the week, as well as I'm sure changing artists as people move on or come to town. Tonight they had an incredible line up including some beautiful aerialists, some fun jugglers, and an incredible opening balancing act that you have to see to believe. The drinks are priced as you'd expect on the strip, but they all have some absinthe in them so be prepared for it to hit differently if you've never had absinthe! The servers are all wonderful and keep you satisfied with popcorn and drinks as they come around. The space itself is very fun and I'd suggest coming early or staying after in the garden to have some food and drinks. Definitely a staple of Las Vegas if you're coming to the strip!

So much raw talent, so much raunchy humor. I was thoroughly entertained! If you do one thing in Vegas, this has to be it.I didn't even stop to take pictures because I was so captivated. The venue isn't huge, and yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it's 100% worth it. This is hands down the best show I've seen in a long time. One thing to note: the seating can be a bit crowded and uncomfortable, but the performance more than makes up for it.
