AA Hookah Pipe Vape Shop

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and tonight I had the worst experience. They gave me a bad vape that is normal for vapes to not work but the customer service was horrible. I tried a 2nd vape and the representative confirmed it was weak. So I got a 3rd Elf Bar flavor and it still was weak. They said I have to try a new one and the Worker there was making up reasons for why the vape wasn't working. What really got me was the other guy there is someone who knows I'm a REGULAR at this location. I came to get a vape on Wednesday and it is now Sunday that I'm returning for a new vape. It usually takes me 1.5 weeks to finish an elf bar. Did I complain? No. I walked in for a new vape and had this issue.The guy who knows me went in the back and made the new guy do his dirty work stating I would have to "buy a new one." But WHY? It's not my fault your product is stale and not working. Have some great customer service will ya? I've spent so much money at this store because it was a convenient location but no more! They suck and they don't realize the regulars the regulars that keep them in business.As a Manager in the customer service industry- I would recommend you SKIP this store and take a 5 minute drive to SMOKES MART on Flamingo and Ft Apache. They would NEVER do you wrong like this place. I'm just shocked because of how poor the customer service was.I am NOT a difficult customer and I don't usually complain a lot.. but if you're going to charge me $25 for a product.. make sure it works! NEVER AGAIN! THIS PLACE IS STARLESS! And for the man who knows I'm a regular - I can't believe you would do this to me. I have been nothing but nice to you and we always would have small talks here and there and YOU know I've been coming in more frequently because your product sucks!EVERYONE GO TO SMOKES MART! They have better OPTIONS and the customer service is Spectacular!

Good customer service. Great recommendations! I chose the ezee aloe grape freeze which taste just like the grape flavor hi-chew candy !

First off. I was driving ALL THE WAY to Henderson to go to the AA hookah off eastern and warm springs, not knowing there was one down the street from me. Secondly. The guy named Ron? First guy at any hookah shop to know what I was talking about when I asked for dark leaf tobacco. Give that man a raise PRONTO. No one EVER knows what I mean when I ask for the white top trifecta! There was a flavor of Azure that wasn't there and he simply asked me to write it down and said he would try to bring it in. You don't expect good customer service at a smoke shop. But I got next level. At this location AND the one I used to drive across for. Only way they could improve is by getting in some Tangiers...

Last Friday I bought a vape that was a dud, I had a family member that passed away & I just didn't have time to go in. It was burning by itself & that's dangerous vapes can explode if the battery is fd up. So I went in on Tuesday I explained to the man who is ALWAYS in there I've been going to them religiously for a year. He said he can't do anything about it because they don't do refunds... it doesn't work?? Then he said because I waited so long I can't exchange. I wasn't asking for a refund, I thought an exchange was reasonable ? Then I explained why I couldn't come in & how I am a loyal customer which he finally agreed to an exchange. He said "pick a new one these are new maybe that's why it doesn't work" so I picked another one & he says actually u have to get the same one. Ok??? Got my new one & same thing actually even worse and was burning in the middle of the night by itself! I'm not even going to bother trying to go in again. & it suck's bc the one I get is close to $30 that's on the higher end of disposables. Customer service is bad

Visiting from out of town and noticed that this smoke shop has a great variety of hookahs and shisha. They even carry Social Smoke shisha. My favorite is Watermelon Chill. The owner asked how did I find the shop and I told him that I seen it on Yelp. He also made different recommendations based on the flavors I usually smoke. Excellent customer service.

They have amazing customer service and and enormous selection, it's been my go to spot for a long time.

This is the cleanest Vape store I've ever been to they sell hookers and everything in between the owners extremely nice and their prices are awesome and it's centrally located in Summerlin area. Come today I'm telling you you won't regret it. Thanks specials on certain products.

I really hate doing negative reviews as everyone has a bad day right?But no... sadly this was met with a very bad experience and I left feeling stupid and pathetic... not a way one should feel after trying to spend money in a shop right!?!So I came in as I was in need of a vape pen, the store is very cramped and it seemed cluttered.They did have a very good array of product, pipes and such.Now let me explain, I am not an experienced user of these products so I didn't know what to expect, and went in with thinking I knew what I needed but needed help to make sure I got answers and directions on how to use and get the right product.I went in for a vape pen for CBD dabs and when I explained to the rep, all he did was walk over to a cabinet and point to a disposable package and said this is what you need.. I asked how to use it and he said he thought there was a button to push and I could use it he thought up to 8 times and then buy more.I was confused as it wasn't what I was recommended and so I stepped aside to let another customer who knew what he needed to thru.. I decided to excuse myself and as I was walking out, the rep and other customer were making me as I left.Ugh... I understand it is a chill environment and very much not my norm but I just kinda feel like bad customer service is just not right where you go.

My boyfriend and I bought our first hookah here, and they were so extremely helpful. They guided us through the flavors and it was extremely reasonably priced. Today Tim helped my boyfriend buy his first vape. He went through all the steps and let us know that we could come back with any guarantee and help. He gave us a discount which was great. Every single time we have come here they've been just really courteous.

After a failure to communicate effectively and an order that was never received, the wonder reached out to me to apologize and compensate for the mistake. He went the extra mile to make things right and made sure I got what I needed. In the end it was a positive experience and I'll give Tony's shop another chance in the future.
