A Family Secret

I ordered the "Cement Shoes" today, seared pork belly with a balsamic caper vinegrette, tomatoes, arugala and served on a French roll. Can't say anything bad about this sandwich or I might end up in the bottom of a lake or river. You can't go wrong with a large slab of bacon seared crispy on the outside, juicy on the interior. Enjoy! it if you can find them. The location is often kept a Family Secret.

What a great find at the Intergalactic Art Car festival.I had the meatballs and my husband had the roast beef. Prices and portions were on par. The service was good and the food was excellent. The sauce for the meatballs was hearty yet a little tangy. I will definitely be on the lookout for A Family Secret at future events.

Stopped into the food truck court this evening. Everything was closing up and owner of A Family Secret offered me and my wife a meatball parm sandwich! This was amazing!Fresh meatballs and I think he had a garlic butter on the bread. Dude was very nice and whipped it up fast and we also had his watermelon water, so refreshing. Will be back!!

Had a few sandwiches last night with the family... I must say, I will be back...!!!!! Delish!!! Reminds me of something my grandma would make me. Amazing food complemented by great service!!

Not a lot of food options in this little desert town so a new food truck stands out. When I spotted A Family Secret truck in front of Ace Hardware a second time, I had to stop. Although the menu is mostly sandwiches, all I did was ask for a salad, and Wow, did I get one!A custom-made arugula box salad with incredible crunchy chicken, tomato, grated cheese and a spectacular vinaigrette for ten bucks! The combination was fresh & flavorful, no doubt the tastiest thing I've had in a week. Thanks Family Secret! And please come back!
