Newer location with EXTREMELY friendly service!We visited in the late morning hours and we noticed they kept refilling several pastry options, which was much appreciated. It wasn't crowded or too busy so it was nice to be able to walk it and out in a timely manner.Will definitely visit this location again when in the area.

This Cafeteria style bakery was very clean and the selection was somewhat large. The decor is very plain but that's ok.When I ordered my coffee cashier had no idea what type of roast was used so she asked the barista and unfortunately he didn't know! My ham & cheese sandwich had to be warmed up but they did it in a microwave!! I will not be back.

Cute bakery in Henderson. Definitively an Asian flair to it, from product offering to inside look. I thought this bakery listed as 85 degrees C is due to their baking but instead is due to coffee temperature. HmmmCoffee wise - nothing special. I inquired with barista about the type roast they use - light medium dark etc but he was unable to tell me. He simply pointed out on the coffee label that it is unique to this franchise. Lattes were way too sweet so that was a no go too. Food wise I decided to have ham and cheese sandwich. To my surprise it was not freshly made. Instead it was in plastic container pre made and heated up all along with plastic. Just like a sandwich in an airplane! Well the taste was as you could expect. Warm but missing a substance! Except nice interior and friendly staff - I would rate this bakery quite low for the Las Vegas market. It is more suitable for smaller towns and food deserts....

We all love the perfect bread that is nice and soft. These days all the additives that they use in our breads frighten one, but if your looking for an alternative stop by. They use real ingredients that an individual can actually pronounce. Who would of guessed? Always leave room for your favorite cake or fancy dessert. As you stare back from the treats in the glass it's a little sight. I'll take one of each of them. That's not happening today, but the cakes are made ready to go; or grab a cup parfait with fresh fruit to put a smile on your face. The drink menu is difficult since one has so many choices. Coffee with all the frills or perhaps a milk tea with boba. You make the choice. Here's to the joys of sharing. You can take the bread items home to enjoy throughout the week and then sit and eat your treat among those you love in their comfortable lobby. Lounge and enjoy some great feasting with your guests.I cannot recommend the cakes they make here in more detail. The smallest of details and designs go into their inceptions. Most of the cakes are ready to make and they box it up ready to go in just a few moments. The box it comes in will make it from the bakery to home. Finally Henderson is getting some stores and food shops that were only on Spring Mountain. 85 is a Taiwanese chain bakery and had baked goods and tea and coffee drinks. Located in the strip mall on the far end of the plaza, you find a decent amount of parking. The inside is open and works like a cafeteria. You grab a tray at the front, go to the right, and start working your way in the assorted individually wrapped pastries. The milk buns and egg tarts are my favorites and it looks like they have a large baking area in the back. Also purchased a pack of mini lemon sponge cakes for my friend. You will find some unique flavors such as matcha cake roll or red bean paste filled sweet bread. I picked some savory options such as the Hawaiian chicken bun and ham and cheese bun. They were good, but a little greasy. Might be a once in a while thing. The pastries are not traditionally super sweet. They are more about fluffy textures or spongelike cakes, so it would pair well with coffee or tea. They had black tea with milk in the refrigerator section and that hit the spot for something sweet. Everything is recommended to be consumed the same day or next day. It does not taste as fresh after 2 days. They also sell cakes so it's an option for birthdays and celebrations. Everything is reasonably priced. Ranging from $2.50 to about $6. The cashier was friendly and boxed up all my pastries which was a nice touch. I opted for a bag as well since I bought so much stuff. Worth checking out something different especially if you don't want something too sweet, but still wanting to treat yourself.

My favorite bakery! The hardest part is resisting the urge to buy too much. I recently had the Hokkaido Custard Bun, and it was simply heavenly. There are plenty of seating options here. While service overall was pleasant, the latter did take a while to make...

We were in the area and were going to head to Chinatown but found out through Yelp that there was a new Vegas location in the Henderson area. It's in a shopping center and parking was not an issue.We got a tray and were going to get some pastries and buns to bring back to the house. As we went around the displays, some of trays were empty and we didn't see some of our favorites, Hokkaido custard bun, taro puff pastry and the coconut milk bun. We did get two of our other favorites, marble taro bun and milk pudding bun. It was 4pm and thought they had stopped baking as there were no activities behind the counter of workers packaging newly baked items. We did head to Chinatown afterwards and stopped at the 85° and were able to get our favorites and the displays were fully stocked. I guess that location is more popular and hence, better stocked.

85C is my go-to bakery for egg tarts, chocolate croissants and cinnamon rolls. ALL the cakes are delicious. I Just tried the tiramisu cheesecake - to die for! Want that for my birthday cake in May! So light and creamy. Beautiful!
