Late night eats lead me to this place. It was almost 10pm and most restaurants were closed or closing and since I was already in the casino I chose this venue. I'm sure glad I did! I've eaten here before many years ago and the food were still as delicious as I remembered it. I ordered vermicelli that came with grilled pork, lettuce, noodles and side of eggrolls. My friend ordered fried green beans which I couldn't stop thinking about. Must go back for more It was addictiveThe venue itself is small and can get busy so anticipate the waiting in line during peak hours. We waited about 15 mins in line and was seated at the bar. After that the service was good. We were brought water 5 minutes later and our orders were taken. Food came out pretty quick

While they don't have a large menu, there's a sprinkle of a lot of different types of dishes. It was a cold day outside and we were craving some noodle soup. It's hard to find Udon in noodle soup so this was very interesting to try.We had the Five Spice Brisket Udon Soup. Unfortunately the soup didn't come out very hot which was a bummer. Noodle soup, when it is hot, just soothes your soul and this bowl just was luke warm. The flavor initially was just ok, but using the table spices - dried shallots, spice seasoning, and seaweed seasoning, the flavor was much better. The Beef Pho with substituting Udon came out MUCH HOTTER than the Five Spice. This soup from the start had good flavor and you didn't have to add any of the table spices to it. The server was nice and overall a pleasant experience. I just wished the one soup came out hot.

We did an overnight staycation at Red Rock, and looked for a quick place to eat. Did a little browsing and decided on the 8 Noodle Bar. The restaurant is on the small side, and there are just a few counter seats, not too sure, but about 4 seats? The seating area is small as well, but clean and nicely decorated. Ordered the crispy green beans (tempura), salt and pepper chicken wings, and a Thai basil chicken. The green beans were really good! Lightly battered, crisp, and very tasty. The chicken wings were good, piping hot, lots of green onion and some sliced chili. Probably needed some salt and pepper on the chicken, as it was bland, but the green onion helped with flavor. The thai basil chicken was just ok. I don't know why so many restaurants use only chicken breast instead of thigh meat, as breast is pretty dry. I found 3 basil leaves , need more. The sauce was tasty, just need some refinement for my taste. Service was ok. For some reason, the server was either slamming the cups and dishes onto the table, or the tables are just super noisy. Maybe both?

Today I tried the noodle bar inside the red rock casino. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu items and my pho that I ordered.I did not have to wait long for my dish and it was enjoyable to sit at the counter and watch the chefs in action. We never think about the skill that chefs demonstrate when preparing delicious dishes. I would recommend using the sauces that come with the soup to enhance the flavor. The red rock casino continues to be an outstanding resort that offers top restaurants and lots of space for sports bats, and gaming.

Food was good and nothing to complain about. It was my first time here for a dinner date with the BF on a Wednesday night. Dining area is small so we did have to wait about 20 min for a seat. But we killed some time playing on the slots. LOL! I didn't take a picture of it but the forks & spoon was "long" Will be back and service was also great! will be back again for sure! Next time I will order the Hongkong Crispy Fried Noodles and Ramen.

Went on a weekend around lunch time. Had 30min wait which we spent over at the sports book. We had seating at the bar area with. View and interaction with the staff. We enjoyed watching all the different meals being prepared and served along with our own meal. The shisito peppers were well charred, the PHO was very favorable and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the chefs working and chatting a bit. . A spot we didn't think would be as good we enjoyed a lot and will be back. Albeit off lunch time!

This restaurant is inside the Red Rock Casino. We came here for lunch and had a little wait before we were seated but not bad. We ordered the pork egg rolls for our appetizer and there were only three but good size. They were crispy but the taste wasn't what we expected and therefore I would not order them again. I ordered the pho which was amazing! It came with thinly sliced rib eye meat and thin noodles and the broth was yummy! The fresh bean sprouts gave it a nice crunch, the red peppers were spicy, the Thai basil delicious and a squeeze of lime yum! Spouse got the five spicy beef soup that came with thick noodles and beef which he liked. They also have a trio of spices on the table. I liked the crispy spicy onions!

8 Noodle Bar is not your average noodle joint! We must have passed by 8 Noodle Bar so many times and always mentioned giving it a try, but we finally checked them out! It is located just off the casino floor close to T-Bones. It has a nice modern look and is very inviting. My wife and I were looking for a nice new spot to hang out and have a drink and appetizer or two as a mini lunch date. 8 Noodle Bar really hit the spot and made for a nice date with great food and great service! The menu has many offerings from tasty appetizers to yummy Ramen choices, Udon and other soups as well as full entrees prepared in a Wok right at their seated counter. Since we just wanted a couple appetizers we decided on the Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings and the Pork Belly Bao Bun...WOW! They were both so incredibly delicious! The wings were nice and crispy with amazing flavor and the Pork Belly Bao Bun was definitely one of a kind and melt in your mouth goodness! The rest of the menu looked amazing as well, and we will definitely be back soon for some Miso Ramen and Five Spice Beef Soup! The Wok items looks amazing too...so can't forget about those options!8 Noodle Bar also has plenty of drink options as well, from specialty cocktails and various beer choices both on draft and in bottle, to wines and plenty of non-alcoholic options. The only caution is that the restaurant is right off the casino floor and pretty much open...so you will get the music and casino noise inside the restaurant. For us, not a big deal at all and the delicious food drowns out all the noise with all of our ooohs, aaahs and mmmmmms! We were definitely surprised with our experience as you never know with casino restaurants...but 8 Noodle Bar is spot on and a new favorite local place of ours. I highly recommend you give 8 Noodle Bar a try for yourself, you won't be dissappointed!

I haven't been here in a while, but this is always the first place we go to when arriving at Red Rock. Our waitress was super nice and service was great. I got the Thai Milk Tea without boba to drink. It was alright, sort of tasted pre-made and not freshly made. For our appetizers we got Pork Belly and Duck Bao Buns and Gyoza. I only tried the Duck Bao Bun which was tasty and had plenty of fresh veggies that counteracted with the richness of the duck. The Gyoza was pretty good with the juicy pork inside. For my entree I got the Five Spice Beef Noodle Soup. It reminded me of Taiwanese beef noodle soup, but the noodles in this soup were udon. The beef was thinly sliced brisket and there was a lot of it in my soup. It was tender and mostly lean with some fat marbling. It also had some veggies in it as well that freshened up the dish. It was really tasty. For dessert we had Mango Sticky Rice. It was served in a cup, like the same cup they put my Thai tea in. The rice was at the bottom and the mango was chopped up on top. The mango was not ripe and the rice was mushy and soaked in coconut milk. The dessert was disappointing, but everything else was good.
