Fantastic service! Eggs Benedict was fantastic! Potato has heaters and the bones are great for blocking the wind

We went for Saturday brunch and had a great experience! The food was excellent, and, as always, the service was exceptional. This is an establishment where the wait staff all works together. Michael, one who helped us a bunch, even went outside to get our license plate number so our parking could be validated. Jesus came and checked on us several times as did our original server. My wife tried the breakfast pizza. It had a cheese sauce instead of a typical red sauce, along with mozzarella cheese, bacon, eggs, and sausage that was to die for! The crust was crisp and very tasty. She couldn't finish it all but it really heated up well in our oven at home. My veggie omelet was delicious! There was something about it that just tasted different than a normal omelet. The breakfast potatoes were cooked nice and crispy, so good!My wife got a bottomless Mimosa. They bring you a glass of champagne and seven different fruit juices to make your own Mimosa. After you finish your glass, you get a carafe of champagne. We noticed on our bill that the pricing was different than what was listed on the menu. We asked Liam, the manager, about that. He said if you pay by credit card, they tack on a 5% surcharge to cover what the card companies charge them. That was very understandable. A great restaurant with a nice, relaxing atmosphere!

I ended up stopping here for breakfast on my ride downtown to Fergusons. Got the 3 egg breakfast and coffee. The eggs and bacon and potatoes were all really delicious. The coffee was meh but like $6.84 for a giant carafe of it. Overall breakfast with tip for myself only was like $35 which is way way too much even with breakfast being the most overpriced meal to eat out.

Stopped by this restaurant on the whim and decided to give it a try. Well it was a very good idea. First the staff was amazing, the greeting was welcoming and inviting. It is a small divey spot but at 10am we were able to get a great window seat. We asked the waiter for her recommendation and her recommendation were perfect for us. We ordered the French pressed coffee, cinnamon pull a parts & the chicken in waffles. All freshly prepared and delicious. We will be back for dinner very soon.

If you're in Vegas and wanting a really good bottomless mimosa restaurant that won't break the bank, but will get you drunk with you and your friends... Then this is the establishment that you need to be at! My friends and I stumbled across this brunch spot after having a canceled lovers and friends event for the weekend. The first place we went to was full, so when I did a quick Google search and came across this establishment, we were sold!! It's a little older, and the crowd is very diverse, however, the service was great and we definitely got our moneys worth. The food was amazing as well. I will say the little cups of juice they give you for your mimosas is a bit ghetto, but beggars can't be choosers for the price. At least the service was A1. I would highly recommend anyone to try this spot because you will definitely enjoy yourself. It's no frills, but it's definitely good times.

I can now see why this place is always busy when I drive by. The service was excellent and fully engaged. My wife got the chicken sandwich which was one of the biggest I've ever seen, my daughter got the margherita flatbread and it must have been good cause she refused to share. I got the classic breakfast eggs, bacon and potato wedges. Those potato wedges were delicious. And the French press coffee was a nice touch. Now I know why this place is popular and couldn't agree more.

Visited with a group of 8 friends for dinner before a movie at The Beverly. I had a feeling I'd been here before but wasn't positive... As I was preparing to pay the parking meter, I noticed a digital Ad for 7th & Carson on the meter saying to see Liam inside to validate, and so I asked as soon as I got inside and the waitress cheerfully confirmed this policy, took my license plate number and comped my parking. Awesome perk! Unfortunately no one else in my group spotted the ad so they all paid to park. I'd promote the hell out of this benefit if I were running the place. This restaurant is quaint, no frills, somewhat haphazard decor, and our large group was tucked into a high-top corner table next to the front door, an area filled with overstock boxes, barely room for those against the wall to maneuver. There were plenty of other open tables, not sure why they'd give us the worst, most cramped table in the room. The wind blew cold every time the door opened, not to mention the annoying distraction each time. I ordered an Old Fashioned, my favorite cocktail. It was so super sugary it was hard to drink. I asked for another one with less sugar and got a full glass of sugar water with some whiskey. 4 of the friends I was with are bartenders and they were dismayed by this watered down beverage. I again asked for a replacement, with less simple syrup and got the same excessively sweet drink. Terrible. This is a very basic cocktail, why they couldn't get it right is beyond me.And that's when I remembered I HAD been here before, years ago, and had a similar disappointing experience, which is why I've never gone back, even though I work downtown. I ordered the braised short rib with mashed potatoes and carrots. It was fantastic - the potatoes and gravy were delicious as well however, the carrots were raw. WTF? Others at my table had dishes also served with raw carrots. Why bother adding them if you forgot to cook them and chance ruining the dish? Two friends ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and, while it was appealingly plated, the chicken was bland and they commented they'd rather have the Popeyes chicken sandwich. Ouch. I tried it and was not impressed. Another friend had the jambalaya, it was just "okay". Another friend had the Loco Moco (I didn't even see it on the menu) and everyone agreed that & the braised short rib were the only dishes we'd come back for. Our server was superb, welcoming and attentive... if this review was based on service alone, I'd give 5 stars. But alas, the drinks and food factor in so the best I can do is 3.

7th & Carson is located at the corner of 7th & Carson near the Container off of Fremont Street. Plenty of parking on the street and lots. We came here for a Christmas company dinner. The reservation we made months prior was not found. However, they quickly remedied the problem quickly. I arrived and learned this later, but no one would have ever known for those that showed up late. The outside section has plenty of heat to keep you warm on colder nights. Their bar is small but has plenty of options. Their dining is inside sat another large party. With a kitchen you can see what's going on. For our gathering we sat outside. Staff was attentive and friendly. Based off our large group, we had a set menu to make it easy. Food and drinks came out almost as quickly as we ordered it. The owner, Liam, greeted us all and had a chat. Warm smiles from everyone filled the patio. The food was spot on. I even got to try the fish and chips. Some of the best fish and chips I've had in sometime. I can't express how much we all enjoyed our time at 7th & Carson. From the food to the drinks but especially to the staff who took care of us all night.

The place is small and a bit cramped. We weren't served very quickly but the food was great. We only tried the burger and the chicken sandwich/burger. The burger was our favorite and perfectly cooked. The fries were also great.

I haven't been here in a while and the food is still good! I asked for mid-rare burger. Perfect! The fries were slightly crispy on the outside and soft, moist on the inside. Perfect. My only complaint is that the music is too loud. Music selections were great for me but I don't like to strain to listen or talk in a conversation. A lot of restaurants are too loud for conversation these days so this isn't an awful review but an important note.
