Lot of craft beers on tap and some cool cocktails. The magic happens when going off menu and just asking the bartender to whip something up. Greg is truly a great bartender.The tom kha pasta was delicious. I hope they have more fusion dishes in the future. Overall would def come back if I was in the area

If you're looking for a wide selection of craft beers or some fusion bar food then this is the place to go to. I'd say that this place is a pretty good gem when it comes to the South West area because those combinations are pretty hard to come by. And the cherry on top of that is that they're open pretty later at night (not 24/7 but still good).The interesting thing about this place is that you can always expect something new here whether it's the beer selection or the food specials that they serve. I enjoy coming here and not knowing what to expect which is part of the fun of it. You will for sure a wide selection of craft beers and a choice of bar style food with an Asian fusion twist. Side note that was pretty interesting is that they also serve High Balls here (Japanese whiskey drink).The bar sitting area is truly where it's at since you get a view of their chalkboard menu of beers and you also get to keep your beverage cold on this cold metal that sits in the middle of the bar. The service will be faster especially in later at night since it's mainly the bartender there. It is also pretty good if you have a party of people as it may accomidate a good amount of people. This place is pretty small though but I think that's what makes this place a cool little spot to hang out with some friends.

Wife and I continued our Vegas food affair at 595 on Sunday. Please be patient when it comes to seating as this place get's busy. We had a great waitress and she got our drink order's right away The Oaxacan Old Fashion and Mezcal Cup were Sunday afternoon in a glass. The bartender has some great bourbon recommendations as well and we had two of them that were really nice. Now for the food: The Tom KHA pasta w/snow crab was the best we've had and the Umami ginger garlic chicken rice bowl ( I added fresno chilis and cilantro) was really good! The stars of the show were the mushroom and pork bell tacos!! The corn tortilla is so soft. We had two orders!! If you are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed.

Service was great, interior was fun, but food definitely fell short. Although the deep-fried deviled eggs look good, they were not.

I wanted to write an updated review for 595 as we've been back a few times. You all, this spot is SO good. The selection of beers they offer is huge, and the food is absolutely to die for. The last time we were in, we had the crispy mushroom tacos that were so flavorful. This is my go-to order from now on, they are delicious. Morgan got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi, and that was amazing too. Service is always impeccable, and super friendly.If you haven't stopped in, you absolutely should. We'll be back in soon!

Very impressive beer menu! Place looks smallFrom the outside but they managed to make the seating spacious and comfortable on the inside. So glad their around the corner, makes for a easy visit especially because we have two toddlers.

This was my second visit to 595, and it has been great both times. I find the bar staff and servers to be patient, friendly, and helpful. The ambience is very friendly and welcoming, a bit like a sports bar with an amazing beer list. In both of my visits I tried tacos, which were delicious. My GF had the Tom Kha pasta, which I highly recommend. It's a pasta dish based on a popular Thai soup. It's a great choice! The real gem of this spot is its fantastic beer list. They have a wide selection of local and nationally-known craft beers. It's changing pretty regularly, so it's a surprise every time. It's always full of great choices. The only thing even slightly negative would be that maybe they're in too small of a space. It gets pretty packed, and for good reason. I can definitely see this place growing as it becomes more well-known in the area. I know I'll be a regular.

Taco Salad was perfect! My work team came for a quick lunch here on a mid afternoon. We were seated immediately and had our order taken as soon as we were ready. I noted they had quite the extensive beer and cocktail list, but I was on a work lunch. I ordered the taco salad and the meat was perfectly cooked, veggies were fresh and crispy, and the shell was the best part! I don't usually order taco salad, but I noticed someone else enjoyed it as I walked it and I had to try it. The service was amazing, we were sat, fed and paid all within an hour. Ordered here again after some time away and remembered why I love this place so much! The chipotle chicken quesadilla is still solid, and I really enjoyed the beer cheese and pretzels. The cheese was delicious and although I could've used a bit more salt on the pretzels, they had a great texture- crunchy but without being too hard or chewy. This place is absolutely with the order!

Great place to grab a bite and drinks. Great local beers and happy hour. Food was good and service was definitely great. Great place to catch up with friends or to watch a game.
