5280 Mexican Grub

I arrived with 5 kids and 3 adults to this pub like eatery and was welcomed at the door like old friends. Some had been there the week before and the whole seating arrangement had been changed and everyone was amazed. Owner made us feel very welcomed and moved us in the back where kids wouldn't be a bother. Menu is unique and has many choices. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. Would recommend anyone to eat here. If you looking for gourmet eating keep driving but for diner/pub food this was good. If you got little guys who don't eat Mexican he stalks burgers and hot dogs for them.

Wonderful, fast and friendly service! Food was great, the refried beans the best I have ever had! Clean, spacious and nice, remodeled bathroom. Unusually, I got a LOT of play on the video poker machine for my money. I will definitely make this fabulous pub a regular stopping place!

Really nice surprise. First time for us at their truck. You couldn't ask for a more personable customer service. After being given a complete explanation of the menu, we were given a few suggestions according to our desires for spice. Great meals and great service. Guess all the great reviews were right. We'll be back!!

I've been to this taco truck several times. The only taco truck with tater tots! I was having a really bad day the other day, and the guy at the taco window brought my order out to my truck. As he handed it to me he said, "God bless you," and it was such a simple act of kindness that I wept tears of gratitude. Deeply grateful! Full belly, warm heart. Thank you!

Their green chili is awesome along with their tacos. Super friendly and made sure I was happy.

They catered an event for us and the food was delicious, they delivered ahead of schedule. Everyone was very pleased with the food and we even had left overs for the serving staff. Highly recommend. I can't wait to eat again, this time at their food truck. Yummy, delicious

Great food and fair prices! People are incredibly nice and professional. Love Taco Tuesday's but their chimichanga is our favorite. Highly recommend!
