I love a good speakeasy! Now, to be fair, there are a lot of signs to help you find this one, which makes it less of an adventure, but, the Grand Canal Shoppes are so big and meandering, that it's definitely helpful.I also appreciate the responsiveness of whoever runs the email account. They normally aren't opened Mon-Wed, but NYE was on a Wednesday and I was hoping they might be open for us to pop in before our NYE events later and, yay!, they were! The place is quite large with a lot of open space that perhaps gets used better for some of the non-musical live shows they have. We enjoyed lounging on a couch and enjoyed a few drinks while soaking up the fun atmosphere and enjoying a little bit of the live music they had before we needed to go. I enjoyed the Pineapple Chipotle Mule with mezcal and the Chocolate Martini (though it was a bit too sweet for my tastes). Being a raging carnivore, Jim G. also had to try some of their Torched Maple Bacon ($24). It was a cute presentation and very tasty, though a tad bit on the pricey side; it's Vegas, I guess.Fun spot to stop in; I hope to be able to make it there again to see some of their performances.

Lissa G and I love finding speakeasy hidden away bars. 1923 is not so hidden but loved everything about it. The room and music brought you right to the era they were going for, from the decor to the vibe, great work. The cocktails were tasty. The camp fire old fashioned was my favorite. If you are a bacon fan, it's a must get too. Looking forward to popping in next time we are in LV.

DRINKS:the CAMPFIRE OLD FASHION was one of the BEST versions of an old fashion I've had anywhere! & I've had a lot! It was just a simple unique twist with a perfectly toasted marshmallow to get that bold & sweet taste together. Highly recommend! I also got their ESPRESSO MARTINI which was amazing. I'd love to come back to try their other cocktails, this place really impressed me with their handcrafted drinks. SERVICE:Honestly, we came at a weird time, kind of early so it was very empty, but the service wasn't great. There was barely anyone working because it wasn't busy and the one server who was working kept ignoring our table or not even looking in our direction so it was hard to flag her for attention to order drinks & then she'd disappear forever. OVERALL:Even with the spotty service, still loved this place because the cocktails outweighed the service. I'm sure it was a one off!

If you are following, my buddy was on a BIG speakeasy "kick" on our previous visit. And when we walked by the sign here, he had to come up.Quality/Quantity - We were the only customers...And after we left, I think another customer finally came in.I guess there was a magic show next door...?Camp Fire - The better of the two drinks. The marshmallow complimented the smoked bourbon perfectly.I forgot what I ordered... It was vodka based. And I lost my picture of the menu, so sorry. It was just okay; it had minimum flavors. You are paying for the atmosphere/experience. Atmosphere - Cool, see pictures of all the decor. The handle on the picture frame gave away the door... See picture. And of course, the bookcase elevator was obvious. Service - Good. But again, we were the only customers.Price - My buddy paid, I believe $40 ish.Owner Comment - Congrats on this brand new location and your company's 10+ years of success.

This is a cool place. You have to find the secret entrance which over looks The Canals at the Venetian . The atmosphere is laid back with a dark red atmosphere resembling a speakeasy from back in the day. The laid back atmosphere is a nice change of pace for the Vegas party scene. The bar opens at 4pm and when I was here it was a light crowd. I felt like the dark atmosphere led to a more romantic mood setting. It's a great place to visit and the servers were very friendly and helpful.I enjoyed my visit and I would come back again. I did not have any food on this visit. They have a small appetizer menu with only a couple items. You're not coming here for food. You're coming here for the experience and the atmosphere.

This place is a great venue! Dim lit like a speakeasy, and the bartenders dressed like the roaring 20's this place brings you back to the prohibition era. But when you look out the windows you see The Grand Canal and you're teleported back to present day. It is a decent size venue and the catering was delicious particularly the seared ahi tuna and chicken and waffles. The staff are super friendly and beyond accommodating and to mention: very attractive both inside and out. I highly recommend this place for a festive gathering.

If you're looking for a good date night or night out with your friends. Definitely check 1923 Prohibition Bar. We were greeted by one of their staffs, and were told it was open seating. They have multiple high top tables and barstools, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy your drinks and entertainment. The vibe is awesome! It gives off the roaring 20s. Their drinks are tasty. They have live entertainment as well as a burlesque show every Friday and Saturday. We enjoyed our visit here, and I would definitely visit again.

I recently visited 1923 prohibition bar in Las Vegas for a yacht rock concert. The concert was fun. The venue is a speakeasy. It was fun to get there. The hostess that brought our drinks was friendly. The drinks were delicious. I love the decor inside the speakeasy. If you're ever in Las Vegas, definitely stop by for drinks with your friends. At 10 o'clock a piano and guitar player named Troy comes on He's very good definitely stop by.
