Las Palmas Mexican Restaurante

Delicious. I ordered the "chori pollo" and *wow* - "grilled chicken breast topped with a savory blend of grilled chorizo, onion, & red potato smothered in hot melted cheese. Served with Mexican rice, steamed vegetables, avocado slices, & tortillas." Might be the only thing I order from now on! Our large group was quickly seated and we had a great lunch. I understand why people always rave about Las Palmas!

The great thing about Las Palmas is it's consistent across all of its locations. This visit I went in on a Sunday at lunchtime. As to be expected, it was very busy but I was seated immediately. My server was incredibly busy but greeted me with the delicious chips and salsa. I already knew what I wanted to order so placed my order. My food came out in about 10 minutes, just as I ordered (I had a couple of special requests). My only comment is that it took awhile (about 15 minutes after I had finished eating) to get my check, but like I said, my server was very busy. I didn't mind, I was reading a book!

Folks I am a BIG fish taco fan. Las Palmas has some of the best I believe the mango salsa is what sets it off, BUT it doesn't stop there they also have a fish filet with that same mango salsa it's OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD. Had Las Palmas prepare some food for a Doctor's event I was doing today in Antioch. My provider placed their order by phone. I called in to add to the order later and everything was seamless--the food looked good and tasted greatThere was a fish dish that one of the doctor's ordered that looked amazing, but I didn't get the name of the dish. The Shrimp cocktail that I had was fabulous and the enchilada and burrito combo that another guest had also looked very good.I'm not sure why this place has such a low ranking on Yelp? The food and the service were both very good. Nothing but compliments regarding the food from my attendees today.I will definitely be back again. I was very happy with everything.

Meal- LunchI think this is the closest Mexican establishment within 5-7 miles of Sam's Club in Antioch. I passed by some food trucks in my way. The food was slightly over sub-par.i have tried another of their locations in midtown Nashville and I recall it to be much better cuisine. I had the lunch special # 5 -I believe. It is the Chimichanga with rice as my side. Now you could get this in a refried beams. My meat of choice was chunky steak. The steak was pretty bland and a little bit on the fatty end. I am used to Mexican beef generally being marinated in a very unique blend of spice(s) The beef tasted more along the lines of pot roast style. Tony and I went here for dinner. I was excited. I love Mexican food and I love trying new restaurants but it was just OKAY...nothing special. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't go here again. But, we didn't get ill or die...lol !!!

Watch Out! Antioch Location: Food poisoning from spinach enchiladas. Very sick for 2 days. When I called them they wanted to know why I did not call sooner!!!!! Well ..... because I had food poisoning!!! Will never go back. Tooooo bad, at one time this was my favorite place to eat. Times change....must move on. Again, Watch Out!!!!

Everytime I come in here whether its a large call in order or to sit Im always treated like a Valuable Customer and thats why I like coming into Las Palmas Antioch. The Fajita Combos is pretty much the only thing I get in there for myself and all my coworkers because its on point no matter what day!

Came here for Taco Tuesday and we are definitely coming back. Delicious food, super nice wait staff and great Taco Tuesday deals!!
