Las Hadas Mexican Bar and Eatery

Stumbled upon this spot walking around downtown whilst waiting for a table at werewolf. Our server was awesome! He introduced us to the Jurassic fight (8 flavored tequila shots). All the apps we ordered were good! Coconut shrimp is sweet. Flat wings were good! Petco park flight, I think, will get you straight tequila shots. Cute place. Small bathroom stalls.

Solid spot in the Gaslamp area! Didn't know what to expect in a touristy area but the food and drinks were good! The place is smaller than I expected and got seated at the patio. We ordered nachos and the Baja fish tacos along with a kids cheese quesadilla. I enjoyed my fish tacos....battered to perfection and not overly smothered with toppings. Their fried ice cream was huge. Service was friendly, good and attentive. Inside has limited seating but cute. Only issue was bathrooms....The seat pretty much brings you right to your stall door LOL (except for the bigger stall, obviously).

Food was delicious and the service was great. We had a large party and had everything we needed. Our server was attentive and made sure to check in on us. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area and wants good mexican food.

We came for Taco Tuesday and had tacos and margaritas. Service was friendly and super quick - almost "too quick" as the chips and salsa we ordered came out after our tacos! There was chopped rosemary (?) sprinkled all over the food and a sprig in the margarita glass. I'm not sure if it was just my tastebuds getting thrown off by this unexpected combination of flavors, but it made everything smell/taste kind of like Pine-Sol... just very odd. I don't have any complaint about the quality of the food.

The service here was very hospitable! The staff was very generous and welcoming. The food was made fresh and hot. For drinks I had the OG which was very well made. The guacamole and chips were also something not to miss. For entree had the braised porkShoulder and fish tacos. Everything was delicious. The breaded pork does come a little spicy if you are not a person who is into that. But overall a good experience!

Love coming here, my boyfriend and I came down for the weekend. We live in the inland empire, but whenever we take a trip down to San Diego this place is a must for us to go to. It's so good and the service is great all the time.

This place was a vibe! Def come here for taco Tuesday with friends. We sat inside where they played all my favorite reggaetone hits and they had sports on the tvs. They have many good taco options from meat to fish to shrimp which I appreciate especially the seafood options because I'm more so of a pescatarian and prefer seafood then poultry and lastly carne asada. My homegirl had the carne asada fries which were delicious and huuuuge! I had this surf and turf taco which included carne asada and shrimp and baby let me tell you, the steak was cooked perfectly! So juicy and tender. I wish they had a lobster version too because I would have ordered one more lol. First time seeing shrimp and steak for surf and turf. I love how many options they have on the menu and how large the menu is. Everyone's food next to me looked just as delicious as mine and every time I kept looking over saying man, I might order that. The menu pictures make everything look good and so it makes it very hard to order. The food was 5/5. Our margaritas were perfect and spicy too and they have many margarita options which is always a plus!My only disappointment was the flan. It tastes very artificial and doesn't taste like flan you can tell it is not fresh or made in house and I only say this because I'm a home cook and I make flan every year for the holidays. Also the waitress told us she's never tried it nor ever seen anyone make it in the back- got to love honesty lol. I went through the whole steps of making flan and explained how I know and what it should taste like because it's one of my favorite desserts!Minus the flan I will return this place was dope and has great music and great staff, thanks for making our taco Tuesday great

We went for my birthday and it was phenomenal!!!! The server was an absolute sweetheart. We had a party of 8 and we waited only a few minutes to be seated. Everything including the bathrooms was very clean. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. Of course we had to get the margarita flights and they were a hit!!! Will definitely be coming again, best experience in SD so far!!!!

Late night snack craving sent us here for some nachos. They were packed with chicken, black beans, crema and cheese. Really good. We did ask for some salsa on the side and the waitress brought us out 3 to try. They were all super tasty but the Smokey one was HOOOOOT! Drinks were soo good and the Mango Cart was a nice change to the Michiladas. The place was super busy and had music playing to make you want to come check it out. Loved the outside seating. Great spot for a happy hour!
