We had a great time. The food came quickly, hot and was perfect. The handmade corn tortillas were great, just order some to munch. The waiter was attentive, and offered extra chips. I appreciate the service and food. Give it a try.

Had the chicken mole off their lunch menu. Meat was juicy and very nice-tasting. Partner was happy with her chicken con crema, which was extra fortunate since she shared. We sat outside which was nice. They even made me iced coffee with extra in a French press. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Edmonds looking for Mexican!

First time at Las Brisas. The wait staff was a little slow in recognizing us, but then they were prompt with nice chips and a soupy salsa. Our orders came in good order. My wife ordered appetizers, not feeling much hunger, and she was well-pleased with her Taquitos. I had a well-made Fajita Burrito with the usual side dishes and found it quite tasty. The only knock was their horchata. For a $5 beverage I expected something better than a watered-down imitation over mucho ice. Suggestion: visit the Santa Fe nearby and just order their horchata and try to follow.

Went to the edmonds art walk and decided to try Las Brisas. The ambiance was nice outside and right when you walked in with the fireplace that surrounds some seating. The other part of the restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria how it was set up. It was busy they had a large party plus several other tables. The service was slow probably because of the larger party. The wait staff was very nice though. Ok let's talk about the food. There was four of us and they brought out two plates and didn't bring the tortillas. They brought the 3rd dish and it was incorrect dish. They came back with the correct dish and the 4th dish probably ten minutes later. They brought the tortillas as well and the other two dishes were cold by the time they came out. I don't understand why places don't bring out all the food at once. It's just awkward when people are eating and the others don't have their food. I don't like cold food and I wasn't about to eat my dish without the tortillas. I wasn't happy. I also asked if the fajitas came out on a sizzling Blackstone and they said yes and they came out on a plate. If it was on the stone, it would've still been hot by the time they brought the tortillas out. The consensus around the table was the food was average, the service was slow and we were there for 1.5 hours too long. I didn't get a picture of the 4th dish.

The service is always amazing. The staff is always so wonderful and kind. Likely why it's the same staff who has been there last several years. The food is great and the salsa is amazing. I'm always so happy when I'm there. The atmosphere there is always so relaxed and welcome as well. The Ambiance is off the charts.

Nestled in the heart of Edmods, in my recent visit to this charming restaurant left me thoroughly impressed and eager to return. from the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor strikes a perfect balance between rustic charm and modern elegance, with candles everywhere and fire place just perfect to get warm and cozy, The ambiance is further enhanced by the soft, melodic tunes of mariachi music playing in the background, creating a lively yet cozy environment. I started my meal with the freshly made guacamole, It was the perfect blend of creamy and zesty, paired with crisp tortilla chips that were impossible to resist. For the main course, I opted for the Carne Asada, The steak was cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and bursting with a smoky, savory flavor. My dining companion chose the dungeness crab enchiladas , which were equally delightful, featuring tender crab wrapped in soft tortillas and smothered in a creamy, salsa verde. No meal at Las Brisas would be complete without trying margaritas. I chose the fresh lime margarita, which was expertly crafted with fresh lime juice, striking the perfect balance between tart and sweet. It was a refreshing complement to the rich flavors of our meal.

We visited Edmonds downtown recently for the farmer's market and after walking around the town we decided to have dinner here. They have a super nice setup for outdoor dining. The customer service was great and, very friendly. We started with Spicy Goat Cheese Jalapeños. It was tasty and spicy. We loved the grilled Jalapeños with the creamy goat-cheese filling. After that, I ordered the mushroom fajitas, totally loved it. This was one of the places with a decent vegetarian menu. The only downside was that it was oily. Great place, good vibe, and delicious food.

Just ok. First time for me here. The food wasn't bad it wasn't really good either. Chile Verde with refined beans $24 and the Gold margarita $12.The salsa was thin and the only taste was a little bit of spicy. The chips were ok. The margarita was just ok. The chile verde was ok. The beans were bland. The rice was ok. The service was good, prompt and friendly.Underwhelming overall.
