The best wings I have had in a long long time! Delicious, flavorful, crispy, yet juicy! Wow! Was going to pick up fast food but saw them and decided to stop, so glad I did! Did I mention the waffle was the perfect compliment sweet to the savory, perfectly seasoned wings. Friendly, very polite service! Loved it!

This is a new food truck owned by Lartias & Arthur. Really nice people very professional excellent food. We had the chicken wings and fries in the chicken pieces were so large that we could not eat the five that we had and each order. The chicken was crispy cooked perfect huge pile of fries with you love. Will definitely go back for sure.

Chicken and waffles how can you go wrong? This food truck took a classic dish and elevated it. Crispy wings and fluffy waffles! I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic prices and lovely people. Personal recommendation don't forget the hot sauce! Will definitely go again.

We have a food truck come to our apartment once a week, and this week it was lartia's cafe! As soon as I heard chicken and waffles... I was in but little did we know that they would blow our minds so easily. The quality and juiciness of the tenders and the delicious flavors of their rubs are to die for and the waffle is probably the BEST most fluffiest waffle I've ever had! I didn't even want syrup for my waffles or sauce for my tenders - it was THAT good!

This food truck was at my apartments, and after reading some reviews, I had to try it out. They came on a cold, windy night, so I wasn't looking forward to waiting outside like I normally do, but to my surprise, they had buzzers that go off when your food is ready! I've never seen a food truck do that! I was very impressed! They say it should be ready in 15-20 minutes though, and I've heard they're consistent with that estimation so if there's a mishap with the buzzer and it goes off too early on accident or not at all, just know it should take around that long. Also, service was super friendly and helpful!The 6 wings and fries were $15. I thought it was a bit too expensive at first, but the quality quickly changed my mind. I got the mild flavor, which was delicious, but they also offered lemon pepper and spicy. The wings themselves were decently-sized, moist, flavorful, and had a GREAT crisp! The fries had a soft center and a delicately, crispy exterior. I don't think I've ever had fries like that anywhere but I loved it! I would come back for the fries alone! But I'd ask for extra seasoning because it was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it!The takeaway is, check this place out if you have the chance! I can't speak for their other menu items, but the quality of everything I tasted exceeded expectations and earned them a new, loyal customer!

Fresh, tasty food! The chicken was juicy, the waffles were fluffy The service was good and fast.

If you are in the area, it's a must try. The chicken strips was melt in your mouth tender. I added the waffles which was soft inside and slightly crispy outside. My delicious meal was under $10, which is hard to find these days. I will return when I'm in the area!

I love the cracking fish and chicken. It's so good, I have never had that kind of season before. Everything is made fresh. I'll be back for sure!
