This is a big open beer hall. I first had their beer at Winter Brew Fest in Seattle and they had a Cold IPA that I loved. Normally I like hoppier and fuller IPA and don't venture down the cold route, but it is nice to put on a scarf, hat and gloves. I had the pretzel and it is salted well, heavy rocks that are offset by the soft delicious pretzel. The beer cheese dip made me only dip in the stone ground mustard one time. I sat at the bar and chatted with the friendly staff and patrons that came in. I had a sampler of the Gose, Dunkle Lager, Dopplebock, Cold IPA and BIg Duck Energy (double cold IPA). They were all great. The brewer is obviously an expert. The brews were all fantastic and well made. The bar is expansive like the beer hall. The taps are classic looking and the kitchen is up front and working. You can see the brewery behind and the kids area is great. Bring your big groups, bring your family, hang at the bar with the awesome staff. I'll be back, as I saw many salads ordered and patrons getting delicious looking pizzas. I need more time in Bellingham to come here more often.

For being on the open for six weeks, this place is already doing an outstanding job!The way that we were greeted, makes me wonder if I met the owner or not. It doesn't actually matter because it was a fantastic experience. They have turned this old school restaurant into a very clean cut brewery with massive seating, even the outdoor seating, if weather permits. Great beer selection and I really do like their beers. I am not a huge fan of busing my own table, but I get it with today's lack of workforce...Their pizza is really good. A little on the pricey side for the size that you get, but it is a really good

The atmosphere was fun and they had a lot of beer options. The service was great and prompt. However, I was a bit disappointed that they only had one draft cider and a few can options. Being a cider lover, I was hoping for another local draft option. Despite this, it was a great experience, especially since we went on a night with live music. Overall, it was a fun place, but I would have preferred more options.

What a great brewery! The beer is awesome with lots of choices and the food outstanding with vegetarian options in both salads and pizza. They really thought about everything, creating space for even the youngest in the family with an area for them to have fun. Great new brewery! Don't miss out.

I'm so happy the Cordata neighborhood finally has a brewery of its own! It's family friendly with an awesome kids corner full of toys and books and a kid sized table. They serve a wide range of beers, including Gose, Hefeweizen, and Mexican lager (not just IPAs), as well as cider, wine, and non alcoholic options. Their wood fired pizzas that are absolutely delicious with perfectly cheery crusts and generous toppings. We got a kale salad and a giant pretzel and both were awesome. The place filled up around 4:30 on a Saturday, but the staff kept up well with the demand. Can't wait to be back!

Very normal brewery with very normal food - a welcomed addition to a growing neighborhood that really didn't have anything prior, but nothing special by any means

Visiting the area and really was hoping it would be a great spot but was disappointed on many levels. We went because they said their patio was dog friendly and we have our toddler with us. Upon arrival we noticed the door said something like "service animals only" but I had called and they said dogs were allowed on the patio and we didn't see another door so walked in. Someone quickly came and told us no dogs inside so we asked how to get to the patio and they said we had to walk around the building. A suggestion would be to have a sign on the door that says "dog friendly patio" with an arrow, otherwise people don't know where to go and feel bad for taking as few steps inside with their pet when trying to get to the patio. The "patio" was an outside area on grass that had a fence but then an opening (where a gate could go) that was only a few steps away from the busy street. We always follow our toddler around anyways but it felt extra scary to have her so close to cars. A gate there would probably make many parent guests feel a lot more relaxed.I appreciated they had a vegan pizza option but like many other reviewers on yelp shared the crust was burnt and not tasty at all. My husband didn't Ike his pizza either. The server wasn't very friendly or helpful. Just overall felt stressful because of the busy road, seeming like we were a bother and because the food and beer wasn't worth the $80 it all cost.
