Very authentic, neighborhood Chinese food,This is not your usual, run of the mill, take out joint, though you obviously can do take out here. The immense menu offers many unusual and interesting Szechuan fare. The spice level is real and if that's what you're into, you won't be disappointed. For the more timid, you also have many flavorful options. Want a beer, no problem, as long as you like Tsingtao Beer! Actually if you haven't tried it, it's pretty much to perfect cerveza for this cuisine. Our group ate here twice this week and really enjoyed it.Be adventurous and try something you've never had before, this menu will probably delight you.

Food: I'm a Peking duck lover and sesame ball lover. I've been checking this restaurant tons of times. TBH, this time is not as expect, especially duck not crispy but too fat, soup taste like water. But compare to the price I got on Groupon, $71 +tax+tips for 7 course and including wine, still worth it. Other wise it might cost me over $150. Service: nothing special, order, serve, check. Ambiance: friend is kind of curious about the 3D painting on the wall which looks like the space.Price: $101 for 2 with Groupon preorder

Nothing much to say except for:The food was fantastic! The service was quick and attentive! The ambience is the best of any Asian restaurant I've experienced. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. I wish we had one back home in Michigan.

I am quite picky when it comes to my Chinese food and I've tried a handful of spots in Chicago since I moved here. With that being said this place has the best Chinese food in Chicago. I have gone multiple times and I am never disappointed. I love the lo mean, lemon shrimp, and their entire dim sum menu. I always recommend this place to friends. You are definitely coming here for the food and not the ambiance, but honestly I could care less. The drinks are also really good. They have a robotic server that comes around and I very different.

This place brings back a lot of good memories, I tried them first when I used to live in Chicago. Decided to come back during a recent trip to the Windy City. Loved the food and ambience!!

Did not have high hope for this place at first because I hated the uptown one. But I actually enjoyed most of the dishes I ordered. Peking duck is mediocre but a decent one if never tried it before. Twice cooked pork is finally what I remembered from China! Not the watered cabbage with half cooked pork at the uptown one.Spicy chicken nuggets is great flavor. Not too spicy though it looks scary. Crunchy and tasteful.Spicy boiled beef: beef is great but a bit too much other stuff in it to thick it up.Free duck soup is flavorless but it's freeLove the XO long bean. So crunchy and just the right amount of cooking so it gets winkles. Not too raw so it won't have flavor stuck on it.Stuff we're nice and helpful. Would recommend this if you're near here.

Fantastic first Chicago meal! We ordered 3 different, coconut shrimp, szechuan chicken, and one of the popular dishes, dry chili chicken. The coconut shrimp had a great crunch and sweetness, and the fried chicken was a good texture. A little too spicy for me though, with 2 pepper signs. But the szecuan chicken was perfect! The food was really good! Huge portions and we had leftovers and re-ate this entire meal again after going to a Korean spa.

Portions huge, options endless, food fresh & flavorful, service superior and prices are on point. I really really loved this place - precisely what I'm looking for in an Asian restaurant. The broth for the green peppercorn chicken was addictive. The crispy chicken bites were sweet and spicy. The dumplings were delicious. There was a robot to deliver food but our waitress was super attentive and informative - loved her. My drink was pretty strong

I bought a Groupon 7 course duck meal from LSC. 1- vegetable egg roll (filling was nice and outside was crispy 2- crunchy mala cabbage salad (tasty but very spicy) 3- green beans (this was sooo salty, basically inedible) 4- fried rice (highlight of my whole meal. Only good item) 5- broth? (Very tasteless) 6- Peking duck (this was supposed to be the star of the show but the duck was sooo oily. I compared it to Jiang Nan in NY/Boston and it was lackluster. The skin isn't crispy, it's just pure oily. The toppings for the Peking duck were fine but the duck itself was not the best. 7- sesame ball (I didn't even receive this!) Service was very slow. Wouldn't come back again.

Good was really good. Their complementary spicy cabbage was spicy but good. Their Dan Dan noodle was tasty. My hubby really liked the Xiao long bao too!
