I was serving the civic duty and had a 90 minute lunch. While walking to my lunch destination on 5th, I passed by and thought to drop by on my way back after lunch for my 3rd coffee of the day. It had been a while since I last saw a place serving Lion Coffee, so it definitely caught my attention. Place appears very relaxed and casual. Staff was very friendly. Heads up that although there was a check-in offer for 15% off, they did struggle to enter it in due to there being a new register system (was about to say that it was okay).The iced Lion Thai Latte was sweet and a great dessert coffee to the lunch hour before I returned to the courthouse that was around 10-15 minute walk away (with stoplights).

The older man that works here is always super kind and helpful. I got here often and get the Asiago bagel and I'll switch between the Aloha, Coconut, and Lanai iced lattes which are all very good.It's generally busy; I recommend ordering ahead especially if you're going to get food. Their coffees are very flavorful and actually taste like what is in the descriptions and that's what I really like about this place.

We decided to come here for breakfast based off their menu options. They were either out of or no longer served pretty much everything I could eat or wanted to try, I have some food allergies so my options are a bit more limited. So their menu was really out of date or they are not so great at managing their inventory (to be clear it was the menu on yelp and apparently it is the yelp menu that is not fully up to date). We should have just left but I felt bad so I ordered a drink anyway and sadly the coffee was over roasted and tasted burned. The people working there were perfectly nice and quick-ish but all in all it wasn't a great experience. Good people, bad cafe :(.

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a turkey, cheese and egg croissant breakfast sandwich. The caramel macchiato was perfect and I would order this again. The sandwich was very large and just ok. I would pass on the sandwich next time. Service was quick even though there was a constant line and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Stopped in Lani Coffee to grab a coffee. The interior has plenty of seating and is clean and well lit. I ordered an Iced Thai Latte. The coffee was good but not out of this world fantastic. I would give it another shot sometime when I can stay and hang out longer and try a different drink next time.

My recent visit to Lani Coffee was underwhelming, to say the least. I ordered their vanilla latte, but instead of the creamy sweetness I was hoping for, it tasted strangely reminiscent of detergent. It was not the enjoyable coffee experience I had in mind.To complement my disappointing beverage, I decided to try one of their croissants. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. The croissant was dry, lacking in flavor, and far from the delicious flakiness I expected from a bakery.In summary, my visit to Lani Coffee was a disappointment. If you're looking for a quality coffee and pastry experience, I would recommend exploring other options.

The coffee was just okay. I have never had Hawaiian coffee before so maybe I ordered the wrong thing. However, the peanut butter açaí bowl was delicious. Hearty portions and really enough to share across two people. The service was good as it was a little busy. The workers were definitely hustling to get the orders out. The shop was quaint with little touches of tropical decor throughout.

The coffee and chai here are really good! The prices are def really cheap for the area and the whole vibe of the place is really relaxed! It's not that roomy inside but there is an area outside to sit as well. It's definitely a place to visit when you're in downtown!
