Lai Thai Restaurant

The menu is delicious. The dish with ground chicken and eggplant is my favorite. The fried red snapper is also excellent. They do have the usual noodle offerings too and good as well. It's not a large space but they have decent amour of seating mostly along the wall.

One evening, my wife and I went there for dinner. I ordered a chicken dish, but it had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely because something went wrong during the preparation. I just tolerated it and finished my meal. As we were leaving, I discreetly mentioned to the staff, so other customers wouldn't hear, "Your chicken had a strong smell today." To my shock, she started yelling loudly, asking why I was complaining after finishing the meal. I was stunned and appalled, and I haven't returned since.They don't know how to treat customers properly. While I can understand if their English isn't perfect, someone with such a poor attitude shouldn't be in the service industry. If they don't change their ways, things will only get worse for them. There's no way their business will thrive.

Amazing for the location! Don't be discouraged by the strip mall - this was so great I went twice, two days in a row!I ordered the pad Thai and Tom Yum soup. Perfectly blended, perfect taste, perfect temperature. Service is phenomenal, food was fast, everyone friendly.

Great service, quick and fast. Definitely looking forward to visiting again and sampling more of this creative menu. The golden bag is their take on crab rangoons which are delicious.

Did a larger carryout order from here on a weekend evening. I had a group of about 15 adults and the amount of food ordered was perfect. I ordered 2 small trays- one pad see ew and one green curry with chicken. The small trays were a bit more shallow than I thought but they did suffice for the size group. I also got 2 entree sized grilled eggplant and a bunch of appetizers, fresh spring rolls and golden bags. The order was easy to place over the phone and it was ready for pickup on time. They even made sure the order was correct when picking up.

Our go to Thai restaurant in the area. Service is fast and staff are attentive. Plenty of parking available in the plaza. The food are consistently delicious. The fried rice was mediocre though, not spicy at all either, I'd definitely skip their rice menu. But everything else were excellent! Constant foot traffic with to go orders and dining customers but it doesn't get too busy either each time we went.

So happy to have found Lai Thai. Food is excellent. We usually get takeout but have dined in and we are never disappointed with either. Staff is always friendly.

Ive been here 10 times in the last year since moving to town....My mom used to live in area and said it was a favorite 15 years ago!pad pananag noodle is hard not to get everytime. Service food and value all 5/5

Really like the food but some very odd things have happened there recently. I ordered Pad Thai and went it arrived, I asked for LIME to put on the food. She returned with lemon and said they did not have lime. Lemon does DOT go with this food. Returned a couple days ago and asked if they had lime prior to ordering and she rudely said they no longer carry lime. What is that all about? I asked if I should bring my own lime the next time and she shrugged. Pad Thai is the most common Thai food and EVERY Thai restaurant I have ever frequented gives lime with this dish. La Thai used to as well.
