By the time we checked into this cute smaller local winery we had eaten twice so we did not try any food. The server was very helpful and happy to tell us about the winery, and make a great selection! We enjoyed the very comfortable out side seating area as the afternoon was calm and cool, a perfect day for wines and friends!

We had a big party of people here for my friend's birthday and the staff handled everything really well! They were accommodating and made sure we got in as many of our tasting flights while we were there. The inside of the place is very cute and they've got good food options. I look forward to coming back!

This tasting room is tucked away on the corner of this block in Hollywood Hills of Woodinville. It's one of the few tasting rooms that still does tastings after 5 PM. The tasting included 8 different wines, 4 of which were pinot noir, for $30. The patio area is relaxing and perfect for gathering with a big group of friends or just curling up with a book and a glass of wine.

Lachini Is our favorite tasting room in Woodinville! The caliber of the wine is only surpassed by its staff. Jeff is the one of the best wine gurus in the area and Wendy is the most accommodating host. These benefits coupled with a cozy fire pit always enhances our experience, especially given how temperamental Washington weather can be.Worth your stop, it's always our first because we rarely want to leave!

There are a ton of wineries around here, which you probably already know. This isn't so much a 5-star review for party atmosphere as it is a 5-star review for the quality of the wine itself. This is a big strip mall completely filled with wine and food places. The parking can be a pain. You might want to Uber or book a tour, anyway, depending on how many wines you're sampling today. But if you score a parking spot in this lot, count yourself lucky. Lachini has a small tasting room with one big table, some mixed seating here and there, and some wicker furniture on the sidewalk. The wine is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. We tried several years of the pinot noir, and it's easy to see why people flip over the good pinots when you try Lachini's. The vintages vary quite a bit, and even the best vintages can be quite different (good in different ways). We also tried the sparkling rose, which was excellent. That's not a style I usually go for, but theirs is balanced and easy to get into but keeps being interesting all the way through. They obviously have piles of wine available to go, and will happily hook you up with a wine club membership as of this writing. Only comment I would make is that one of the staff was wearing a lot of cologne; usually in a setting where you really want to zero in on the wine's aromatics that's a no-no, but this is also a fun place to hang out and bend an elbow, not a competition judging panel. So I guess don't worry about that too much.

I went here with a group of friends. It came highly recommended from one of the women in our friend group. We really enjoyed the wines. The tasting itself is 7 wines. It's a very large tasting - which is most likely why they don't wave the tasting fee. It's definitely worth it. The wines are very good and I love that they are selling some already aged wines. I work in the industry so I love to try out some of the other wines in the area. They have a really cute tasting room. We ordered a few appetizers from Purple cafe (next door) and our host at the winery was kind enough to take care of the rubbish. We had a wonderful tasting, very top notch. I went home with one of my favorites from the tasting - a Bordeaux blend that translated as "the beast". I would definitely return

We had the absolute best day ever at Lachini, all thanks to our server Jennifer! She was absolutely outstanding, she gave so much insight to what we were tasting, the history of the winery and the grapes and family, the wine itself and provided a beyond wonderful atmosphere to enjoy ourselves. Jennifer made our entire weekend! Thank you so much!

You'll have plenty of choices if you want to visit a winery in Oregon's Willamette Valley - exactly 736 of them, as a matter of fact (at least in 2023). Save time and room for a visit to Lachini Vineyards' winery near Newberg if you visit any in the northern part of the valley. They are currently building a new tasting room and events center, which promises to add to the already charming setting. We enjoyed what turned out to be a private tasting with Tyler on a rainy October afternoon. Due to the weather, we sat in what will become a guest room on the second floor of the old barn. The room itself is charming with a spectacular view of the vineyard to the south and west. Tyler is engaging, personable, and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed learning about him and sharing our mutual residencies in Colorado. We have tasted at many wineries and vineyards in the Willamette and across the US and Canada. It is rare for us to be thoroughly impressed with each offering at a tasting, but at Lachini, we were! Starting with a rose even as we stepped in the door and finishing with a 2018 Cab Sauv, we were quite impressed by each offering. We tasted the 2022 Pinot Rose and the 2921 al di la Chardonnay before moving on to the reds. As an aside, I'm not a Chard fan, but I really enjoyed the al di la. It is very lightly Oakes and has bright, sharp edges, good acidity, and, like many good Willamette wines, is pleasingly fruit forward. We tasted a 2014 Pinot Noir "S," which was drinking right at its peak when we were there in October of 2023. Very nice Pinot Noir with layers of complexity. Of course, some of the character is the age, but much is the terroir coupled with the winemakers. We enjoyed two other Pinots, one a 2019 estate offering and the other a 2021 vintage named after the owner's daughter. That's a lot of pressure onbthebwine, but it stands up to the hype very well. The tasting also featured two Cabernet Sauvignons from Washington grapes. We particularly enjoyed the 2028 LA Contrada, a blend of 75% Cab Sauv and 25% Merlot - a classic combination in a classic proportion. With some more age, this will be a really nice bigger wine. The setting at Lachini is spectacular and Tyler made the tasting an absolute delight. The wines speak for themselves, but his conviviality completed the experience for us. Make Lachini one of the 736 wineries in the valley you visit.
